I ended up here on a recommendation from another store in Caldwell. The two people wo greeted me two weeks ago at the front registered were very friendly and helpful and pointed me in the direction I needed to be at. This is where I first interacted with Charlie. Charlie took great care to explain my options, show me some examples, and then sent me home with material to make our decision on for new doors. The customer service I received then, and what continued through today is what other places need to learn from. My emails were quickly responded to and no question was left unanswered. Because of this, SunPro gladly received our business. I don't often get down to this part of town since I live several miles away, and yes, there are two decent "box" stores closer to my home, but I will go out of my way to shop here first to support and continue the kind of service I received. They carry what you would normally expect from a lumber and hardware store, but I'm guessing they will go out of their way to make sure whatever it is you're buying is truly what you need or offer alternatives of need be.

First, it took three months to get the flooring and he tried to palm off some substandard product before we finally got what we wanted. We supposedly got a great discount on the flooring, but I found out that the price was jacked up so that after the "discount" we paid the same as if we had used a different supplier and a different supplier would have provided in less than a week. The next problem was that the cabinet took forever. We kept being told that it was on the next truck when it never was. He finally called the company to see when we would be getting it. Turns out if he had called the company sooner, he would have known that what we ordered was out of stock and we had to make some changes in our order; then we got it in a week. Then we waited for the countertop, etc., and when it finally came, he had gotten the wrong sink, had no backsplash, no faucets. Finally got the backsplash, and when, at another time he brought a sink, it didn't fit. He drilled the holes for the faucet and left. We haven't heard from him since. The level of frustration is beyond words.

THEY CHARGED US $130. said it took them two hours!! NO WAY!. I drove it twice takes about 30 minutes one way. they said $70 charged $130. well now I know better, next time I will pay someone else more and be charged only what they quote and be cheaper!.
