I don't understand this from a customer satisfaction stand point. Are they understaffed? Our cashier was nice enough, and the older man that I assume was the manager was also nice, though they tried to convince us to get their credit card, given the 5-10% discounts offered with each use. I get that it might work for some people, but we weren't interested, and, to their credit, there was no pressure. My recommendation would be to have more people at the registers when it is busy, and perhaps some people on the floor offering assistance, though I get that this might not be their business model.
