I called the owner and explained to him I hear a noise while running my AC. He refused to listen and troubleshoot. I had to call someone to do a diagnostic check on my AC and it was identified that the line set needed to adjusted back to its position. Once adjusted the noise was gone. Superior Air Duct Cleaning caused me unnecessary cost to get something fixed that they caused. Bad business model. Don't hire these people. Although the service was a tad pricey, I booked with them. The owner John arrived on time, cleaned my vent, and pulled the debris trapped in the hose. It took him about 20 minutes and he was in and out. I paid via cc and I forgot to ask for a receipt, so I sent an email to request the paid invoice.
