    Where my warrantied washer and dryer land me after my Dons appliance purchase.

    Do yourself a huge favor and don't bother buying any extended warranties from this store. They will eventually come and service your appliance, which will often break during the warranty period. It will take about 2-3 weeks for an appointment. Then they will order parts. Another week. Then it won't be fixed. Schedule another appointment. More parts. Expect at least 4-6 visits from repair technicians over the course of several months while your appliance is unusable. They will not under any circumstances actually replace the broken appliance. And after you spend several months at your local laundromat, you will end up just purchasing a new washer and dryer set.

    A nightmare, beware of the delivery/installation policy, the free service costs us 2K and involved a crane.

    Our sales person was very nice and helped us place our order for a new dryer very quickly and efficiently. Prices are also very fair here

    Went to local Best Buy to purchase an item immediately rather than waiting for Amazon. Upon getting…read moreinto the store, the security gentleman told me which isle the Oura rings were and said that someone would be with me soon. After standing there for a few - nobody came. Went to the register for assistance and the two employees were too busy pushing an older gentleman into buying a cell phone. Went to another register - where an unoccupied employee was and he instructed me to go to a different register in the front of the store for assistance. After watching all the employees shuffling around amongst themselves and ignoring my presence - I left and ordered my item from Amazon. I cordially suggested to the security guard that it is bad policy to let a guest wait for so long. I'm disappointed.

    The overall service in this store is very bad. Almost always you have to wait longer for service…read morethan other stores. My greatest complaint is with their geek squad. They are never timely. You can make an appointment and they act like they don't care. They are very slow and don't keep you posted on the status of your order like they pledge to do. They really act a bit snotty, at least the people at the counter do. This is my second year paying for their membership, all I can say is so far it's proven to be a bad investment for two reasons: you lose valuable time waiting for best buy to respond to your order and you're out good money for an absolutely poor service.
