I took my 2018 BMW 330 sedan in there two weeks ago, and it was done in 2 hours flat (just time for me to thoroughly surf through the Fred Meyer store that is across from G and G). The car looks great, and the interior is AMAZING! PLUS: There was a plastic bag on the passenger seat, and when I got home and looked in it, at the bottom were 3 earrings that I'd lost anywhere from 4 months ago to a year or two! Yippee! I'd been saving the single earring in hopes that they might magically turn up, and G and G did that for me! Yesterday I took my car into my favorite car wash, because it sits out, and had gotten a thin layer of pollen + water drops on it. My car is 15 years olds and was not really taken care of anywhere near the level that it should have been. I decided that I wanted to do something special for it and thought a detail would be great I found G & G Auto Detailing and thought I would get a simple detail. I called on Thursday evening to see if they had an appointment for Friday morning and they were very accommodating. I thought I was going to do a simple detail but when I saw the more fancy jobs, I realized that I should just go ahead and do the whole thing because it was a really good value. I have a black car so I understand that they need to spend a little bit more time so I get the upcharge. I brought the car in at 8:30 and they promised it done the same day. They had it done by 2:30 and I came back later to pick it up. WOW. I expected a good job but definitely came back to a total surprise. She looked fantastic. The carpet looks amazing, every nook and cranny was absolutely spotless, and even the fading on my hood came out way better than I would have expected. The claybar worked magic and my paint is smooth again. I didn't even think that was possible and I used to spend time buffing my car in high school and college. But I've never done a good job like this. I definitely recommend doing the headlight service because that was a very noticeable difference right away. They look brand new. The crew was totally cool and I think my happiness made them really smile so it was nice to show them that I appreciated their work. I love this old car but now I'm totally back in love with it. I've never had my car professionally cleaned/detailed. I've been thinking about getting it done for over 2 years now and googled detailing places near me and found this place in the Kent/Renton area. When I called they were pretty booked for the next month but I was in no rush. Their website was very easy and appealing with different packages you could book. I chose package number 4 mainly for the interior deep cleaning because I had a few stains on my seats. They said timing could range from 4-6+ hours so I had my brother follow me so he could take me home. The drop off process took less than 10 mins. You get checked in, you go over the package. They do say if you have pet hair, that could be an additional $80 and for my car I did and needed moss removal which cost additional (there were a few other add ons/check boxes). The add on prices can vary depending on when they inspect the car with you. I knew the #4 package I picked was listed $200 plus tax and fees so with everything total added up to $330.00 but I paid at the end after inspecting the car inside and out. I was shocked how beautifully cleaned and shiny the outside of my car was. The inside was meticulous and it had a nice clean smell to it. My all weather mats were slippery clean. It really did remind me the time I first bought this car brand new 8 years ago! I highly recommend this place. The staff person I was working with was really nice and quick to the point of everything. I've even gotten a few compliments asking if my car is brand new ha! I will say I get car washes pretty often and it's never looked this shiny before. read more

I have had my car detailed before by other places and no one has gotten my 2015 GMC Acadia this clean. G & G cleaned my car and made it look like The day I bought it brand new. The dirtiest part of the car was the tracks and grooves where the seats slide and I almost cried when I saw they had gotten everything out and sparkling clean. I was getting tired of looking at my dirty car. G&G did a great wash and wax job on it! Looks fresh and clean and I was a walk in.

My car is nothing fancy but I've gotta keep it clean and tidy. It is essentially my work truck, mini van, town car, (etc.) and I often use it give rides to clients. I've been taking my cars and my clients cars to G & G for at least 2 years now and I'm always extremely happy with the service. I'm usually greeting by Genaro, the shop owner. He's very friendly and knowledgeable, plus it's always nice to be remembered when stopping in! The staff is also friendly and very accommodating to special requests. The shop is next to Big O Tires, across from Fred Meyer. It's a small establishment with a few bays and waiting room, TV included. The shop is always clean and organized when you walk in. They also offer very reasonable prices for the great job they do. I try to stop in about every six weeks or so, regardless of the season. I've included a few pics. When I originally bought the car it was loaded with ridiculous, faded stickers, the interior was in desperate need of a vacuum, and the wheels looked like they had never been washed! Although I asked for the light detail I didn't think they would be light on actually vacuuming my car. They didn't clean my middle console out at all. Then had the nerve to say it will be $300 for a full detail when they are only charging SUVs $250 and I have a sedan. AND they didn't vacuum out my truck when it took me awhile to clean it out cause I'm on crutches. Everything I brought to their attention it was a "oh oh ok let me do this and that"... why didn't you do it in the first place when you charged me $55? I shouldn't have to tell you how to do your job. read more

Got the "Deluxe Interior Detail with Shampoo and Wax" and for $300 out the door it was far from worth the price with all the basic details that were missed. Furthermore, we were called about the car being done at 3pm, and pulled up to it still being worked on after 5. Overall a job one could probably do better on their own, minus the wax. read more
