Decided to try this shop after my first car accident. Luckily was only the front bumper. Box truck backed into my front bumper and dragged. The bumper mount screws have been damaged, which made super loose. I used duct tape to hold together until I reached the body shop. My first interactions with Ricky has been honest and humble. He inspected the damage and gave me rundown what type of repair phases this is going to be. Mostly going to be alignment with bumper bracket and painting the replacement bumper. The bumper not repairable and went with replacement. After confirming with the quote matched with insurance check, he went extra mile to re-attach my loose bumper to be secured until the replacement arrived. Provided peace of mind and I removed the duct tape holding the bumper. Called-in after he got the bumper replacement arrived and painted. Brought into the shop and performed the repair in an hour. Seeing the aftermath looks pretty good. I opened up the hood to see the mount bracket been fixed and secured. The bumper alignment looks identical. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with Custom Auto. I brought my front bumper to be painted, and the job was so poorly done that multiple wrap shops refused to touch it. Every shop I spoke with said the same thing: the paint was done incorrectly, most likely outside, and nowhere near industry standards. To make matters worse, parts of my bumper were glued together even though I brought every component separately and had already test-fit everything myself. There was absolutely no reason for anything to be glued, and now the repair is even more complicated. Because of the poor workmanship, I'm now paying more than double the original cost just to fix the mistakes and get the bumper done the right way. Based on my experience, I would not trust this shop with your car. The quality, care, and professionalism simply weren't there. read more

I can't recommend this service enough, they repaired a deep scratch on my passenger side door from a parking lot pillar. I tried to get a range of estimates before choosing a business; my only regret was not going with this one first (they did get back to me first, after all). I was able to pick my car up the morning after dropping it off, which was faster than I expected. There was also a shallow scratch on the side mirror they fixed that I hadn't included in the initial photo, which I appreciated. The work looks great - like it never happened! Submitted a request to a couple shops for a quote to paint a Truck Canopy. All About Auto Collision came back with the most reasonable quote, which included all removal, prep, and installation in the price (other shops came back with similar offers, but charged extra to remove the canopy, and extra to reinstall, etc). The shop had my canopy for a week, which was a little longer than quoted because there was some unforeseen issues with the canopy that they had to deal with (previous owner of the canopy painted with non-automotive paint and it had paint runs). All About Auto Collision addressed these issues to make sure the Canopy was at a solid starting point before painting. Despite this unforeseen additional work, there was no additional charge added. Alex and the rest of the team at All About Auto Collision really care about the work that they do, and make sure that their clients get the best service possible. Due to Covid-19, I decided to use a local auto body shop so I discovered Alex and Tony's family owned business! My son had scraped the trim on the BMW and Alex quoted $800 for a paint repair, but he was very honest and told me his suggestions. Instead of the full repair, he told me to purchase touch up paint and he helped me buff out the scratches. It looks brand new now!! He didn't charge me for his time or effort. So we brought in our Honda Pilot to have a bumper fixed (minor dent and scratched). Father-in-law tried the old school self touch- up paint and we all know that's never going to cut it. We brought it in on a Monday and by Thursday (same week) it was ready. The bumper was immaculate! They managed to keep the same bumper, removed the existing self paint job and refinish it looking like brand new! I thought they replaced the bumper because it looked that good. I never write reviews but the service I received from Alex was so amazing that I had to take the time to post about it. I had gotten in an accident in May and took my car to All About Auto Collision (the repairs took longer than expected because of a delay in receiving parts so he only charged me half the deductible and paid for the additional time on my rental car). Eight months later, I had just gotten home and my window wouldn't roll up. It was 6 pm on a Sunday and nothing was open. Out of desperation I called Alex (he had given me his cell phone number) to see if he knew anywhere that was open. He told me to come to the shop and met me there in 20 minutes. When I got there, he turned on the car and the window rolled right up (even though I had turned off and on the engine 3 times). He still took the time to take the door apart and tested everything. When he tried turning on the car again, the engine wouldn't start so he tested my battery and told me I needed to replace it (which I haven't done for 7 years). When he was done, I asked him how much I owed him and he wouldn't take any money from me. He told me to bring in a new battery the next day (on a holiday) and he would put it in for me. He also said to call him first any time I had an issue with my car. I am amazed at the level of customer service Alex provided. When I went in and dropped off my car for repairs on Tuesday I explained to Alex that I had to have my car back by Friday morning cause I was going out of town for 2 weeks. Alex did an excellent job fixing various issues with my Toyota Highlander. The front fender was almost completely off and he managed to put it back in place. When my daughter hit the bumper causing it to fall off again, Alex repaired it at no charge! He worked on it for almost an hour! I also had a broken tail light. After my GMC Canyon had sustained some dents in needing of repair, we brought it in for a consult and evaluation. The guys took the time to explain their plan of action with us and went over pricing. Having already visited and researched several other businesses nearby, we couldn't get over their kindness, thorough knowledge, and extremely reasonable pricing and chose All About Auto to do the work. And did they deliver. The communication & customer service throughout the process was great; truly respectful, timely, and honest. When I picked up my truck, it looked shiny and brand new - paint was a perfectly blended match and not a dent in sight. In addition, the boys noticed a cosmetic issue on my truck that I had not mentioned to them prior and brought it to my attention. The rain guard on the front had ripped off while driving during a storm and left behind some not so pleasant adhesive and markings. This place deserves every single accolade and five star review they've received. Originally USAA tried to send me to another shop after a little fender bender, but after looking on Yelp this is where I wanted to come. Alex from day one was absolutely fantastic. I dropped the car off but wanted it for an event that weekend, and on a Friday when I couldn't make it there to get the keys before closing he made arrangements to have the car ready for me after closing. They did the work on the car the following week, and did a fantastic job. They even discussed one or two little cosmetic things with the repair to make the car look even better. The work, the service, everything was top notch. Then, a few weeks later I was having an issue with the front license plate bracket for my car. Long story short the old one fell off after a really rough car wash adventure and I had to replace the mounting bracket and tag. For some reason with my model vehicle, you actually can't access the interior of the bumper to secure locking nuts and install the frame. Alex told me to swing in that day, literally only a few hours after I had called asking how difficult it was to pull the bumper. He advised me not to try to do it myself and my car was on a jack within five minutes of arriving. He did the work himself, which took about half an hour, pulling the bumper half off, securing the bracket and the tag, giving me washers to go with it, and when I tried to give him money he refused. I don't care where I end up living in the state of Washington in the years to come, I will make the trek to this shop unconditionally for anything that any of my vehicles need.
