Very unprofessional. They don't answer the phone during business hours. They don't call you back…read more The don't respond to emails. They give out inaccurate information. I wanted to change my auto policy to not in use because I went on vacation. After 3 weeks, I had to follow-up again, and Marysol, the manager apologized. (The same situation happened two months earlier.) She calls back to tell me statefarm no longer allows this. I called corporate, and they said it is allowed. Then I called another statefarm agent in Manhattan who confirmed it's allowed. I transferred my policy to the agent in Manhattan. I woke up to a voicemail from the Manhattan agent saying she got my policy, put my auto insurance on not in use, and back dated it to the correct date. Wow. So there are agents who can competently do their jobs; they just don't exist at this agency. Do not bother with this place. They will waste your time and money.
