Impressive is magnificent, really blew us away with their work!!! My father is the WORST driver. He bumps & hits into EVERYTHING. Previously he went to a different body shop, they ended up destroying the car & it's paint. This other shop spray-painted multiple areas and did not even sand down the primer. The car felt like ocean waves look. Impressive Auto Body really works MIRACLES. The entire car was destroyed with the spray paint. Impressive had to sand down large areas of airbrush spray paint, primer and the repaint the car. While fixing this horrific mess they noticed the back of the bumper put together with stickum. We would of ended up paying the dealership thousands at the end of the lease. They really saved us on this one or should I say his pocket. I wish I would of found them sooner so we wouldn't of ended up with this mess in the 1st place. The car now looks BRAND NEW! Hopefully it will stay this way since my dad will have the car another five months :( If not we will see you again before the car is returned. read more

Within five minutes of waiting at the shop, I heard one of the head employees refer to black people using the n-word. On a previous visit, he mocked one of his employees for being an immigrant and encouraged me to join in. Treating others with dignity and respect is not only an important part of being an adult, but is also integral to maintaining a professional atmosphere within any business establishment; the way this man spoke about customers and to his own employees was incredibly unprofessional and unsettling. I would also like to mention that, before writing this review, I found it only fair to voice my concerns to the employee himself. He quickly jumped to inform me that they might've merely been joking around. Still, I mentioned that it is an outdated practice to use this type of language, and moreover that it is disrespectful to do so in front of customers. He very politely let me know that he would speak to some of the guys in the shop about this; and so, in writing this review I thought it was only fair to include how he handled the complaint. Good luck dealing with this place. The guy Gabe (owner) was a total a$$hole. Completely degrading and spoke to me like I was an idiot. Meanwhile he tried to tell me something that would have taken 10 minutes was going to take 2 hours. Seemed completely uninterested in a simple job Or he just didn't know what to do and really thought it was gonna take 2 hours. Total moron. Questioning why I would even want to do it (it was scratches on the side of my brand new car). If he can't even handle getting scratches out I wish whoever goes here luck with any other job. This guy Gabe was a complete jerk. I wish I could report him somewhere else. I took my car to my guys and they took care of it not only for free, but did it perfect and took 10 minutes. Go to Pumas. They are amazing there. Absolutely incredible. They are a family owned business and treat all their customers like family . You'll regret going to this impressive auto body $hit hole. Yes, the cost of their labor is more expensive than other area shops, but the quality of their work is unmatched. If you are going through your insurance and need a rental, they will call and arrange everything for you. All you need is the claim number. Probably the best Auto Body out there. They use State of the Art Spray Booth with Computerized Color Matching System, Chief EZ Liner and Genesis 2 Laser Frame and Uni-Body Straightening System. Can't get any better than that. Gabe was recommended by a good friend, it was worth the extra 15 minute drive. I normally don't waste my time with writing reviews but I figure this is worth the time to inform others as to not make the same mistake I did. A couple of months after getting my new car 2 years ago I was unfortunate enough to have been hit and run while parked which amounted in about 3,000 dollars worth of damage. I needed part of my front end replaced and a 3 quarter paint job. So this place came highly recommended from an acquaintance of mine. I brought it there and everything went great. I was pleased for the most part with the job and I couldn't be happier. Almost a year later to the date I was lucky enough to have been hit yet again parked overnight in almost the exact same spot only this time it wasn't driveable. So I contacted them again and in a timely fashion they came and towed the car. I got a rental and everything was going smooth or so I thought.. It turns out they took 3 weeks to get the car back to me. The paint job was very grainy on the bumper as if an amateur did it. When I run my hand across the bottom its a constant reminder of how crap a job they did. These so called professionals also neglected to paint a 4 inch by 2 inch portion of the underside of my hood, which was exposed sheet metal, but hey screw it who looks under the hood anyway right? Which leads me into the most ridiculous part of the whole story. So whenever I wash my car I always clean under the hood, I'm very ocd about this kind of stuff so obviously I know what was under my hood. I always wipe down the plastic appearance engine cover and about a week after getting the car back I go to do this and sure enough the cover is missing, and this is also the time I realized that the hood wasn't painted. So I end up going back and they did end up painting the hood right there but you can still see the discoloration in the paint from the rush job. Then they had the audacity to tell me that I never had this plastic cover on it and that they asked the mechanic if he saw it but naturally he denied it. Someone stole or lost it and they refused to replace it unless I proved it. Now we're talking about a 25 dollar part here people. How does it look when the bosses drive an E-63 Mercedes AMG and a maseratti and refuse to take a returning customers word for it and replace it? Its also pretty clear they use cheap labor here, overcharge up the ass, with shit quality to back it up. Also I don't even know why I dealt with the tow truck driver the whole time. The owners clearly didn't give a shit about the situation at hand. There was a ton of compound left in the seams and you would believe the amount of dust on my upholstery from when the sanded the paint. My hood was clearly left open in the yard which I know for a fact because when I went back a week later to get something from my car and it was up and the engine bay was full of dirt from the rain. One of the savages also stole my vape juice from the glove box that I know for a fact was there. It was probably the same asshole that stole my engine cover. If I had 3 thumbs I would point them all the way down for this place. If I wanted a backyard special I would, well, do it myself.
