This individual has almost never answered any of my phone calls, his voicemail box is full, and only sporadically answers texts. Each time, he claims one excuse or another, and claims he will return us our money. So far, he has yet to supply us with even proof that he purchased materials, let alone do the job we paid for or refund us the money we are owed. We will be investigating all avenues to recover these funds from this company.
