Then got a install date of Nov 14, then on Nov 13 that date changed to Nov 20. then on Nov 20 NOBODY SHOWED UP so I canceled the order. Lowe's even tried to call them several times to see what's going on and they did not even answer their calls. Their unconcern is particularly appalling given that these days require all of us to work together.
