If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. For starters, I am a women under 20 years old. My 2 friends and I decided to have a self care day, and that quickly end up with speaking to officers. I had booked a 30 minute CUPPING appointment because I don't like being massaged very much. As I was taken to the room by a women asking me to remove all of my clothes but underwear... normal if I was getting a massage. For cupping you'd only remove your top. As I'm sitting on the bed waiting for my girl. A MAN comes in... okay no worries it's just cupping. BUT IT WASNT I was given a VERY touchy massage for 1 HOUR. Jack pulled my underwear down WAY TO LOW, fondled my butt and got very close to my other private parts. And I'm well aware this would all be somewhat normal if I booked a massage but I DID NOT. My friends who did book massages were touched very oddly to by the women. DO NOT GO HERE. You will feel so violated and disgusting after this. IF I DONT SEE THIS PLACE SHUT DOWN I WILL RAISE HELL. Btw my friends and I have been in so much pain the last day. ON TOP OF THIS HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. I called and made an appointment for two people told them man and woman body massage and foot massage combo. They said half hour body massage half hour foot massage, for $45.00 each. We got to the appointment on time the woman who did my massage stopped 5 times to answer the phone and to go help someone who walked in the door. They did an hour of body massage and no foot massage, so that was disappointing. If that wasn't bad enough when we went to pay they said $10 extra for men. Ive been to hand and stone spa in smithtown, which was a fancy relaxing atmosphere but lacked in quality service, then someone referred me to fang fang in ronkonkoma, it was okay, lacked in professionalism and they barely spoke english. Ive been having the worse workouts for the last two weeks. There was this nerve that went from my neck to my lower back on the right side that was the culprit. I looked up massage parlors on an impulse and G&G's came up so i decided to go. I got this young woman named Karen, who was polite, attentive and extremely good at what she does. She sensed that the right side of my back had an issue, i didnt say a word. And eventhough i went in for the 30 minute body massage and 30 minute foot flexology she spent most of that time focused on the problem area which was desperately needed. I was a walk in and requested 60 min reflexology appt. I was told that wasn't available. But they had a table. 30 min body 30 foot massage. I said ok, reluctantly. Didn't understand. They had 60 min. Right? Well, you get what you pay for. By no means are these people licensed massage therapist. That towel went flying, not gently lifted. (No privacy if you're shy) Ughh. You heard everything. I would like to start this review by saying I go for massages every 2 weeks for the last 8 years. I'm a 34 year old guy and go to the places where they charge 40 dollars and was happy to see this is the same idea. I walked in and everything seemed normal. I was showed a room and the curtain was closed behind me. I read a sign saying regular service only so that's good that's what I'm here for! I took my clothes off and grabbed the towel folded neatly on the massage table and it was wet. Not soaked, wet. Oh god, I went for the smell test and let's put it this way I had to go ask where the bathroom was and burn off my hands. Again, why would they reuse a towel from someone before me who obviously enjoyed himself. I was very stern and asked if the other items are new and they assured me they are. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went along with the massage. An older Asian came into the room and asked if I want it medium or hard. She should of asked what grit sandpaper I wanted. Her hands were like a 50 year old construction worker who refused to wear his gloves. I went along with the pain and told myself it's like a skin detox.... I paid the 40 and left, don't go here... unless you like sand paper and soiled linen. read more

I purchased my wife 2 gift certificates. Shortly afterward, she became Prego and couldn't use them. She went to make an appointment today, but learned they were expired by less than 3 weeks. She went in, explained what happened and they turned her down. Our mistake for not realizing the date (first time I ever bought an anniversary gift that far in advance). Oh well. They lost what would have been a weekly customer (plus probably a bi-weekly customer in me). Customer service is job 1. Bend a little and get a lot more in the future. It was not very dark at all when i went, which i wasnt totally made about. But it was noisey. They had the back door open so I heard the traffic outside. I'm visiting family from California, and was hesitant because of the mixed reviews, but I was across the street eating at Hummus and thought I'd give it a try. I was able to book a 90 minute massage appt within 15 minutes of calling on a Sunday afternoon. When I got there it was pretty empty inside, about 5 Asian women sitting around, my masseuse took me to my private area near the back, which at first I could hear people talking and a cellphone ringing... but that seems to be the norm at these Asian reflexology spots (which I frequent in Ca), so the massage started and it was very good. You have to strip down to your underwear and she exposed 1/2 of my buttocks (so beware) then put oil all over and started working out all the sore areas. The chatter in the back quieted down and the only thing heard was the Chinese music. She checked in with me a few times to make sure the pressure was good. The best part was the hot stone massage toward the end. It was a surprise and felt great! She defiantly worked out the sore spots in my back and neck from the long flight here. She then stretched every part of my body and that felt really good too. I will try to go back before I leave! read more

For my birthday, I thought I would treat myself to a "relaxing" massage. Not the case. I was greeted by a woman who led me to a room and given a towel and told to undress and lie down, face down, on the massage table. I did and I thought she returned and started to do the massage. It was not until the person spoke about 5 minutes in that I made the startling discovery that it was not the same woman but a man. I was not asked if that would be alright. It would not have been. I also told the girl upon entering the room to please be gentle as I have lower back problems. I have had deep tissue massages by physical therapists and know this can be painful. I did not want that. I just wanted to relax and this person hurt me to the point that I cannot lie down flat or sit with my back against a chair without feeling pain. I feel like I have been physically beaten up. The massaging "techniques" used were rough and sloppy. I had oil all over me and came home feeling violated and disgusting. I went to speak with the owner today and not surprised the owner was not available and they said their "english" was not good, to call tomorrow. I will never go back there. Buyer beware. You get what you pay for. Next time, I will go where the professionals are. Better yet, I will just have my little nephews jump on my back instead. read more

Worst experience ever. Made a 5:30 appointment for my boyfriend and I to get full body. The man that gave me my message was breathing so heavy and burping that I could not relax and was disgusting / uncomfortable. After about 10 mins I just asked him to go to a foot message in stead. He asked me to flip over and had the towel in his hand so everything was exposed and was looking right at me. Now at this point I'm very uncomfortable... after a couple mins I was freezing realizing that the towel had to be an xsmall not covering anything! I asked for another towel. After the terrible massage was over we went upfront looking at the time it was only 6:15. I was charged the full 70 dollars for 2 full body for an hour. I explained what happened that I only received a foot massage and that everything was terrible and it wasn't even an hour. She understood everything that I was saying and said "so just tip the women $5" (the women gave my boyfriends massage) after 10 mins of arguing I just paid and left. I will not be going back. I definitely won't return. I went there a couple of times. The last time after the massage I got a back pain and was laid up for 3 days. These people don't ask about medical conditions. I have none but they bend your legs back and force them to go further....not smart. I tell them I don't want a male masseuse and they send one in when I'm still getting undressed. I told him not to come in and he still did. If you use your charge, they will charge you tax when there is no tax on massages. They even overcharged me last time I was there. Gotta keep your eye on them unless you pay cash which is what they want. Price is good but it isn't worth 3 days in bed with back pain from their unconventional, unsafe massage techniques. Front desk lady does not know how to communicate with customers. I gave her my Amex card to pay for the service and she said it was declined.. so I thought okay, they don't take American Express. So I give her my bank card and she tries it 2x. She then realized oh theirs no paper in the machine. So I go home and check my statements and she charged me 3x! I call right back and tell her what she did, she says back to me "you come now for 1 hr?" (Trying to get me to come in for a massage) so clearly she's not understanding so I then call my bank and have to despute it. A month later the charge is put back on my card and I've been going back and forth to my bank and the foot spa trying to get my money back. I asked to speak with a manger and she said their is no managers so she helped me and called the credit company and after 30 mins of her speaking to someone (not in English so I couldn't understand) she then tells me that only the one card was charged. So I thought okay they took it off. I check when I get home again, and it is still there. That massage was definitely not worth all this trouble. This is absurd and I will NEVER go back there other then trying to get my money back. This place is NOT Professional at all. One time I asked for a female and in the middle of the treatment someone comes in and says the female therapist treating me has another client so a man finishes my massage. UNACCEPTABLE. read more

Let me start this review by saying that I've been to several of these foot reflexology places, and always enjoy them to varying degrees. This new place has a lot of potential, except for some very annoying details. As most people do, I go to one of these places to relax. The place itself is very nice. The real problem is the constant noise and chatter going on during my massage. Between the beeping of the timers being set and going off, my masseuse actually taking a cell phone call during my massage (really???), another masseuse coming into my room twice to speak to my masseuse, my masseuse walking out of the room three times for no apparent reason, and the chatter inbetween workers (customers are separated by sheets) across the rooms and in hallways. If they had more consideration for their customers, it could be a much better experience overall. The massage itself was ok, although De Ja Vu on Portion Road is much better. read more

I can not begin to explain how bad the experience was. The "massage therapists" rub and walk on random parts of your body for the allotted time period with the end result being that I left with the same aches and pains I came in with (probably worse, actually). During the massage my underpants were pulled far below my buttocks and random other employees kept coming in and out of the room during the massage holding multiple long conversations with my masseuse in a foreign language while I was laying there exposed. The "massage" consisted of someone walking on my back, legs and arms and deeply poking random areas along my spine (dangerous) and attempting to stretch my limbs - except she was pulling in the completely wrong directions she intended to stretch. Despite everything I tried to enjoy it remained quiet, polite and professional during the experience. Then at the end of it all I tipped the standard 20% (which was more than generous considering the experience) to which she actually scoffed and demanded more money. It was so awkward and uncomfortable that I ended up tipping 40% just so I could get out of there. Needless to say, me, my family and my friends will never return to this place. For what I ended up paying I could have had a real massage by trained professionals with actual results. read more
