I enjoy pampering facials but for my first visit I requested a result sort of facial which included the LED Light therapy and a peel. I always show up on time to my appointments. I thought my appointment was for 11:15. I arrived and nobody mentioned to me that I was late or anything and they just cut my massage short. When I went to checkout I said she just did the express massage it's okay but if you can change it so I just pay for that and they told me I was late and had to pay for the full service. I was honestly shocked because I truly had no idea I was late. They claimed they called and left me a voicemail at 11 but they did not, I live 5 mins away I would have ran there if I got that call. Only confirmation I received was 3 days before the service. I used to work in the service industry and I just feel I should have been told I was late and maybe offered to move my appt. Massages aren't cheap. It's not easy to get time away from my baby and I'm super uncomfortable being pregnant. I just don't think it was fair that I was charged full price.
