Professional driver, clean luxurious ride, accurate estimate and reasonable price that included tip, punctual (well early), and easier to work with than the other two places I called up. Note that Badger State still uses actual stretch limousines, the other two "limo" services have switched over to luxury shuttle buses, which really doesn't convey the same sense of Hollywood movie conspicuous consumption if you know what I mean. I would consider this service if I needed a lift or pick up from the airport for four or more people with luggage. I definitely recommend for special occasion transportation.

This little bus is packed with so many joyful things to look at, I almost felt like I should have donned a Patrick Starfish costume. Next time! The boat theme was spot on, down to portholes and seasick bags! We were taking on the city Laverne and Shirley style plus 6 girls to get out of town and have some fun. I think I may have sprouted some abs, all be them well hidden from view, from the amount of laughter that ensued on our travels. We used our local beer pass as a starting point and we had Shelly's guidance to take us to the best destinations. She knew all the hidden treasure locations, pointed out so much about the city and made us feel like we were her new best friends. Logistically, the "boat" is set up with two bench seats facing each other, you can have great conversations with friends as well as face forward to see what is up and coming on your excursion. There is forward facing seating in the far back. The aisle was big enough to bring a cooler on board with plenty of room to get around. The windows were quite large to take in all the sights and of course to shout a hearty "Happy Saturday" to all we passed. If you are reading this and heard the shouts from a weekend in October 2021, yep, that was me! Really, who doesn't love compliments and 90's music floating on the wind on a sunny fall day?!? Really, the only thing I wish for would be that the S.S. MKE was in my town that I could book something with them more often. While this trip was my first adventure, it undoubtedly will not be my last! Shelly is absolutely worth her salt and then some! If nautical nonsense be something you wish...set sail with the S.S. MKE!

The owner became argumentative with me when I expressed frustration, and she blamed me for it. It was extremely unprofessional and very childish the way she spoke down to me. She said I never confirmed booking. I've attached my email showing proof of my confirmation. I was trying to organize the event with 13 other people at three different pickup locations. So, it took me a while to get back to them with all the exact details. But when I did, she said we were still good; until about a week later when I got the email saying they had to cancel because they wanted to go to the concert instead of fulfilling their commitment to us. So, if you need a reliable service, this is not it.

Therese H. and I are so busy with work during December that we often miss important things, in this case, the brief window of time between Citrus Bowl ticket sale opening and sellout. A few days later, I started to search for ways to attend, and used all the usual ticket resale sites. Finally, I came across a Bowljet listing on eBay. I found a 100% positive rating, and a BBB rating of A+. After a little more reflection, I finally pulled the auction-purchase trigger. Ever since, I've been glad I bypassed the normal path to bowl tickets, and found Bowljet. Tickets: commemorative paper tickets delivered by priority mail two days after order, along with contact information and a couple of commemorative bowl lapel pins. Communication: Fast response from seller, and follow up phone calls from Bowljet "host" (staying at same hotel). Hotel: Very good quality room for three nights, pool view, free parking pass, vouchers for breakfast three mornings at the hotel restaurant (a buffet, which included made-to-order eggs at the kitchen window). Shuttle: to and from the game, reminder phone call from host, attendance check departing and returning. The package did NOT include flights, rental car, or lunch/dinner, which suited us just fine. Of course, we also took care of gratuities for hotel maid, restaurant server, etc. Overall, the package was a great value! Thanks, Bowljet. You exceeded our expectations. We needed a trouble-free vacation with our team, and you delivered. The seats were so good, we even got a few seconds of TV time to amaze our friends. From the Pizza tour in Milwaukee and going to Lambeau Field to the pep rally and the Citrus Bowl in Orlando. They covered everything that I wanted or needed for the trip that was included in the package. I even made ESPN TV from the front row in the endzone at the Citrus Bowl !!! All my friends could not believe that I was on TV at the game. All I could say was that Bowljet put me in that seat !!! First tooled around on the Hop, then ventured into a gaming tavern before heading to a puppet Christmas play. Because the Hop has its limits, we needed a ride to the puppet venue in the Third Ward. So close yet so far away. Uber? Lyft? Bus? My friend Dave? Heck no! We needed romance, and luckily a bicycle taxi thing provides one thing and one thing only...romance! (Disclaimer: Pedal Power Cabs provides other things as well including friendly service, affordable prices, and obviously transportation) Griffin, a marketing student at Marquette, is nothing but professional and made this the perfect way to travel. Like Santa, he went above and beyond. Griffin not only helped me figure out the logistics of the meetup and trip, but was extremely flexible. I requested that while heading to our destination that we might stop at Zeidler Union Square/Wisconsin Ave for the lights and he recommended we swing by Pere Marquette as well. I told him this was part of a Christmas gift and he asked what music he could have playing. (Answer: Carpenters Christmas Portrait, of course) As far as the actual ride, it was all comfort. He had a blanket to keep us warm, the carriage seat was extremely plush, and the ride was WAY smoother than expected. The lights, the city life, the Carpenters...we felt like a parade crossed with royalty crossed with the movie Rad. Pure smiles and most importantly, pure romance. Thank you Griffin.
