I took this bus from Chicago to Milwaukee and then back to Chicago. It was super easy and I was grateful for this service. The buses are clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend the service to anyone! My two buses were on time, but it may have been the time of day/day of week. After finishing the contracted service Milwaukee -- Terminal 3 of O'Hare Chicago, the driver loaded my luggage back into the trunk of the bus, while I was renting a smart cart less than 5 steps from my luggage. Within seconds of downloading it and he immediately left! No more passengers on the bus, almost no one on unloading curb. Forced to travel to Europe for 3 months without luggage! Upon my return to the USA, items from my carry-on were missing! Company response? They have protected airport security for leaving my luggage unattended!!?! What?? I had a great experience. Milwaukee airport to Chicago Ohare and back. Drivers were very nice, professional and helpful. I bought my ticket online although I know you can buy it at the stop. It might be slightly more expensive buying it at the stop but only by a few dollars. Bus was on time and once loaded with people's suitcases it departed. It drops you off right at the terminal your airline flies out of at Ohare. When you return to Ohare you take a tram to the Multimodel center where the rental cars are located. I noticed multiple bus companies drive through picking up people but this bus was clearly marked with Coachlines Milwaukee. Bus was clean, air conditioned, and comfortable. I only gave it 1 star because it won't let me post without any star. We were in Milwaukee due to plane diverted because of whether. Southwest was able to get Coach bus to take us to Chicago airport. There was a total of 45 people. The driver that arrived refused to take us and then after talking to the southwest agent he would only 10 guest. A guest asked why he wouldn't take them, he got into her face and said cause he wanted to get paying people. After 30 minutes he took his power and control to a whole new level allowing only some people and then he laughed as he was speaking to people. Police were called and when they arrived they thought they were there for a customer then when they found out it was the bus driver he was rude to the officers. He said what you think I care about them and their feelings, make the complaints I don't care they won't fire me, I can do what ever I want. We were all able to get on the bus. When we get to the Chicago airport he wouldn't tell us any information as to what stop to get off and when asked he just ignored people. At the last stop and not knowing it was the last stop he took all the luggage out and then got on bus and told us to get off. VERY RUDE read more

This is an inexpensive way to get to Ohare and back. It sure beats driving and paying tolls and traffic. $31 each way - can't beat it.

Very dreadful. This is my 3rd international trip that I've tried to use the coach USA to return home and the 3rd time the bus was mossed because of pulling early or not having a sign. I asked the driver today if he was going to my location and he shook his head no. I called the company and was told the bus even left 6 minutes late. Pick up time was supposed to be at 20 after the hour, I was on the phone with the company at 25 after ... 6 minutes late huh? Smh. First time using this service to get to Chicago's OHare airport. It is a brilliant way to travel! Roomy, comfy seats are far better than that of airlines, while all the airline amenities are included: individual fans, lights, recline, and footrests. Even a bathroom on board. Staff was less than helpful...had to put our own luggage underneath in the storage area. No good mornings or other niceties, but the price is worth the lack of conversation. 2 kids (under 15) travel free for each paying adult. Cost me $31 for three of us. The complaint I have is with the people working the desk on 13th st. The first time is when I went to purchase my tickets. I parked in the handicap space. I do have a handicap license plate. I told the women at the window that I wanted to buy my round trip ticket for a later date, She said ok but, I can't park in the handicap spot. I told her I had a handicap plate and I was just there to buy my tickets, she said it didn't matter. I left with my ticket. If I can't park there for a couple of minutes then who can? The next time was the day I went to O'Hare. A friend of mine dropped me off on Dec. 20th. at 6:20 am. She stopped in front of the door to let me out. Mind you it's dark no one else in the drive. I get out an this guy comes out of the building yelling we can't park there an there's signs telling us that. First of all the drive is dark so we didn't see any sign. I am not the only person he did this to, he'd run out from his desk any time someone dropped a person off. For him to come out yelling was totally uncalled for. If this is the way they train their people , I'll tell you they couldn't pay me enough to act this way to a costumer. I will buy my ticket from the driver next time. The bus ride was good. read more

$30 to go from Mitchell airport in Milwaukee to O'Hare in Chicago. The ride was fine, but the coach was late and the driver was snotty. He cheered up at the end, but he was late so I was a little tense before check-in. read more

The bus was 45 minutes late. Part of the time due to traffic but mostly due to the driver being incredibly slow when picking everyone up. Horrible customer service. Will find another way to get to the airport if I ever find myself in Wisconsin again. read more
