I also liked that C-A-P's quote included the bus, driver, fuel, mileage and tax. (The only thing it doesn't include is the driver's tip.) The bus was really modern, super clean, had a screen (in case you wanted to stream anything) and a great blue tooth speaker system we connected to. Barb in the office was so communicative ... we never worried the bus wouldn't show, and Nathaniel, our driver, texted when he was on the way and was great all night. Wanted to ask about getting his help to find the best fit for our needs. Turns out when you book with them, they then review the bookings and determine which reservations they will fulfill. So just because it says there is availability and you book the car, they can come back and cancel it. Seems a bit sketchy. I understand they are a for profit company but when will they cancel on you? Could leave you hanging. Seems a bit sketchy and uncertain. Booker beware. Since we've been emailing I'm certain any booking I make based on their site's availability will be unable to be fulfilled.
