They were sending another 'right away' after they acknowledged receipt of picture. 10 days later and no hinge after they 'sent it'. Three emails and two phone calls later, I spoke to them on a Thursday, Melissa at the seller said to contact them on following Monday if the 2nd hinge hadn't arrived. I requested a tracking number and they didn't obtain one to show they sent the 2nd hinge. Contacted the following Monday as they required, Melissa said again she would send 3rd hinge and provide me with a tracking number, which was this past Monday. Its now Wednesday (20 business hours after contact) and after two additional emails AND a phone message since Monday I have no response, and no tracking number as Melissa promised. After a total of six emails and three calls I still don't have my entire order completed, and now they're unresponsive. Completely inadequate, and Home Depot and Lowe's do not carry this hinge near me. My contractor working the project can't find the hinge either. I will be contacting BBB, as well as other Social Media sites to see if I can get what I owed from this seller after my $266 purchase...all this over a broken hinge they should have inspected prior to sending it to me.

When he got to my property he didn't have the WRSBO tools to fix the leak. He then drove back to payson for 3 hours somehow to retrieve the fittings. He then fixed the leak between 2 90's (about 2") then charged me 5 1/2 hours of labor. (20minute fix) and about 400 doallars in material for a ball valve I didn't need in between 2 other ball valves..... so $1100 later I have a 2 inch gap replaced with WRSBO. When my wife questioned the bill because thankfully I was not there Brandon threatened to rip it all out if she didn't pay on a holiday weekend when we were hosting 2 other families. We replaced two sliders with a horizontal upper fixed picture window over top 2/3 of window. On the lower 1/3 horizontal level the middle 50% was fixed with two 25% screened windows on the left and right, which slide over the fixed when open. Worked beautifully and the picture window was stunning. Excellent installation of both window. Very happy with the result. It turned out that the bathroom window was misconfigured at the factory, which was initially a disappointment, because it had been designed & ordered appropriately by the Salesman, but here's the thing. This company corrected the problem, at its own expense, and now that this window is in, it's working perfectly and the installation, as before with the kitchen window, was done professionally and expertly. The installers were great guys too. I could not have asked for more professionalism, from the initial Salesman, to Chelsea who communicated frequently with me and the higher up folks who had to approve these corrections and to the installers themselves. In every way possible this is an excellent reliable company and I highly recommend them. The initial design glitch was just that -- a glitch. Unfortunately,I received no product , and we have effectively been left without resolution and out a significant amount of money. Their Chandler location has since closed, and while their Phoenix location has a sign stating "by appointment only," they have completely stopped responding to our calls and text messages. We have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly with them, but have received no communication in return. At this point, we have begun the process of filing a claim with our credit card company and are moving forward with legal action. This is the first time we've ever experienced anything like this, and it's honestly pretty disappointing. We were hoping to work with a reputable company, but instead have been forced into a situation where litigation is our only option. So, I was no expecting this from him. Anyways, he ends up calling me the next day and asking if he could come back out since he missed our appointment. He gave some excuse about time got away from him the day before. Well, he could have called me and told me he needed to reschedule. That is just rude. However, I let him come out just so I could get an opinion on what work needed to be done. He then showed up late and was not professional. At the end of our visit he asked for me to shoot him an email so he had my contact info and could send me the quote. I emailed him and I never heard from him again. He never sent me the quote. Unbelievable. I have never seen such unprofessionalism. I don't even know how he remains in business. I am a potential customer and because of this I would never hire him and I would never recommend him to anyone. He will not be in business long if this is how he conducts his business.
