We talked about the recommendation and what I was needing. She and I agreed and we went from there. Her Salon is very clean with an inviting atmosphere. There was soothing music playing and the bed and room were warm so I was never uncomfortable in terms of temperature. By the end of my session I felt very relaxed. Overall it's just what I needed. Making the appointment was easy, the Salon had an inviting atmosphere, and Sanae is a great masseuse.

I visited Texas Laser Academy to have my legs and underarms lasered. The first time I went, I was…read moreunable to receive service due to an issue that could have been spotted by a questionnaire in advance, obviating the need for me to drive there. The same thing happened the second time. The third time, I was given an iPad to fill out a form. I have a disability that makes it very difficult for me to type on an iPad or phone, so I asked for help with the form. The manager complained (in a very confrontational manner) that I did not fill out the form myself. I have never been treated that badly before or since. That manager is the only service person who has ever complained about my need for disability accommodations. When I suggested that all forms be sent to clients before the first visit, so problems could be noted and solved before clients had to drive to the studio, he became quite defensive. He showed no empathy. I have never been treated so badly by any service provider. I find it ironic that a manager at a school that teaches people to perform a service career would be so callous. My advice is that you consider driving up north to Austin's other laser school, where service is impeccable.
