I went back today for the first time in about a year and had my nails done by Binz. My nails were quite long and had an acrylic base with gel on top, and I requested that he make them shorter and remove the acrylic + gel combo, instead opting for just dip. This was recommended to me, since it is healthier for shorter nails. Very happy with the results! I was seated almost immediately after coming in. Binz expertly removed my existing manicure and shaped and shortened my nails. He was patient and kind throughout the process, answering all of my questions and making sure that I was happy with the results. Overall, really nice experience at Coffee N Nails! I will be back.

I've had to change waxers over and over again because the estheticians are constantly leaving. First, I have to work hard with the actual service providers to build a relationship over several months to get my services "right." In the 15 min appts it is hard to express the exact brow shape you're looking for, in example. Or, sometimes the technique being used is unnecessarily painful compared to another provider I'd worked with prior. Then, after 6 months it's finally right and then the technician leaves, and the cycle begins again. Plus, EWC is constantly selling to you. "Buy a wax pass" or "try this product." I can't tell you how many worthless unused EWC products I have sitting under my sink that aren't effective, or how many times I wish I had never purchased a wax pass... so I wouldn't be locked in to coming back here when it just keeps getting worse. I don't recommend EWC. Here, or at any other location (by the way, there is no manager here, and they canceled an appt once bc the opener missed her alarm clock, and both of my waxers left bc this whole location is a hot mess)! It's time for me to move onto better, more clientele-focused businesses... even if it leaves my money on the table with the wax pass I was stupid enough to purchase.
