This place is amazing! I called prior to coming in, and they immediately called me back and gave me truthful information on whether they thought my phone could be repaired or not. For reference - my iphone XS sustained water damage and completely shut down 2 days prior. I decided to go in just to see what they could do. I went in at 7 PM that day and they were able to check out my phone and give me options on what could be done in 45 minutes. He was able to fix the water damaged screen, and repair the microphone for less than 200$! I did have to choose between repairing the microphone or the Face ID, but they did a great job of talking me through the two options and helping me understand why both couldn't be fixed because of the water damage. I'm very happy and so grateful I decided to come here before going to the Apple Store! I now have a fully functioning phone (minus the Face ID) for a lot less than it would've cost me to get a new phone. Highly recommend! read more

Spent $200 for a screen and battery replacement accidentally splashed water on the phone that advertises a water resistance up to 1 m. I gather his business partner rolled in and was engaging and affable, also knowing I am supporting a small, independent business is important to me.
