Not a good start to our vacation! We called the ones that say 24/7 and they were closed. The ones that advertise "One hour" and were told between 2pm - 5pm (It would be well over 100° in here by then). We called Air Brothers Cooling before 8am. Didn't get an answering service, John took our call telling us they'd be here in about 45 minutes. They arrived at our house as said, diagnosed it immediately, got it done and working in 10-15 minutes. Their bill was really reasonable and their service call rate lower than the ones wanting to make us wait several hours. This is a company owned by 3 brothers. They came here together and worked quickly and efficiently to meet our needs. After they finished, they came inside to make sure everything was correct before leaving. My husband and I have put them in our cells for ALL of our future needs. Good job Air Brothers Cooling!!! You have excellent customer service that in today's world is very rare!!!

Friday at 2 pm came and went. No call. No show. My husband is in the service industry, so I can understand how sometimes things come up and time gets away from you. However, when 4 pm came around, and nobody came or called, I made a call to see if they were still planning on showing up. Not only did I get sent to voicemail, I didn't receive a call back after leaving a message. To this day, still never heard back from them. We are really easy to work with and if they couldn't have made it, we would have totally understood but a phone call or text message at the very least would have been much appreciated. I planned my entire day around their schedule, cleaning off all my countertops so nothing was in their way, and did what I could in terms of making sure my infant had her naps earlier so she wasn't crying up a storm while they were here. They got passed the "rules" so they could put it on our side of the house. Then it had to work smoothly with our extensive solar panels. It looked like a party of inspectors at our house, seeing how it was done right. That was two days before the storm hit. The lights blinked off then back on as I heard a hum. It was 4 days without electric for others and we had whole house electric at over 110 degrees.
