He was very personable and professional! When another issue arose a couple of months later, I called my warranty company and was connected with Mechanical Air once again. This time my issue was more urgent and I was thrilled that Technician, Joey, happened to be in the Lake Havasu City area that same day and stopped by and got my A/C working great. I was at work when he visited and I thought maybe they wouldn't come if I couldn't be home - but they had no problem with that. I'm very pleased with the excellent service I've received from this fine company.

Instead of just correcting and moving into his lane he started swerving into me more intentionally and with the medians in the road now there was no more room for me to move over any more. Then he continued to drive and swerve around between both lanes so no one could pass him. Got home to Arizona at midnight after a long drive to find the AC out and the house over 95°. Being…read moreseniors made it even harder, and we ended up staying awake all night. At 6:30 AM Saturday, I called Choice Air. They said they'd be there within 30 minutes, and they were. They quickly diagnosed a bad capacitor and had the AC running by 7:45 AM. The service was professional, and after a sleepless night, I was finally able to get some rest. Unfortunately, the replacement capacitor failed around 8 PM that night. I called Choice Air, but they couldn't help because it was the weekend and they weren't available. I also sent several texts with pictures but never received a follow-up. I eventually replaced the capacitor myself, and thankfully the AC has been running ever since. Overall, Choice Air was very professional and responded quickly when we needed help. The replacement part failed, which may have been out of their control. I just wish they had followed up the next day. Still, in a situation like ours, I'd gladly pay $200 for five hours of sleep. I would use Choice Air again.
