I am so happy we used Mckenzie Electric! They were right on time, professional and reasonable for the problem we were having (my kitchen outlets all went out at the same time.) They found a pretty crucial problem that could've burnt down our house and for that, we are so grateful! We plan on remodeling our entire home in the future and absolutely will be using Mckenzie Electric for this. We are pretty loyal to great service providers when we find them and am so happy to say we found one! As a side note: We had called another electrician before them that didn't show up when they said they would, didn't call to say they were going to be a no show, and didn't even respond back to a call we placed 2 hours after they missed their original appointment. I am so glad they answered the phone. I had called several before McKenzie electric and no one answered or returned my phone call. I called them and the owner answered! Scheduled me for the next day. They replaced my switch on my fireplace and a GFI outlet that has not worked for 5 years. It took them no time at all and explained the process to me. Extremely reasonable also! I don't normally give 5 stars to any business on my reviews. But , I am for McKenzie Electric. We called to have our new ceiling fan hard wired after my failed attempt to do so on my own ( don't try this at home kids). So my wife found McKenzie electric and called to have them hard wire our new fan. Miguel from MKE showed up on time and complete the job in no time. He also repaired our doorbell which wasn't working. Miguel was friendly, informative and did an excellent job. Pricing was reasonable and fair. Will call them in the future for any repairs needed. Had a circuit breaker go bad in my electrical panel. Called McKenzie Electric and got a service man to come the same day. Came on time and knew what he was doing, Took less than 1/2 an hour to change out the breaker. All good. EXCEPT for the amount of the bill. Paid with cash. Part cost retail is $13.58. Total bill was $205.00. Credit card would have been 4% more. Not bad money for less than 30 minutes work. read more

I had a problem finding a reliable contractor to give me an estimate and I seen there truck took a picture to save info. Called the next day and the estimate was received over the phone. They were patient with me as I had an issue with Mohave electric to clear up on my end, they explained to me how to handle and now I have my new panel with a wood pole. We called McKenzie Electric and Richard came over within 15 minutes. He listened to what we said our issue was, which was only half our home had electricity. He showed us the breakers and where the problem was. Told us that particular breaker had been replaced before. That the breaker box and components were from 1981 and they don't use those anymore. Let us know he could replete breaker but could not guarantee it wouldn't do the same again. Let us know what a replacement would cost and when it could be done. This job had to have Mohave Electric get involved as they needed to cut total power to our home. They replaced the whole breaker box and pole which houses the meter. They did a bit extra for us, handled permits. Very courteous and professional. They got here on time 7:30 am and were done by 2/2:30pm. We are extremely thankful for the work they did for us. We now have electricity to the whole house and AC again. We highly recommend McKenzie Electric for all your electrical needs. Great job guys!! read more

I've used McKenzie Electric at least a half dozen times since moving to Bullhead in Oct 2021. They are constantly reliable, knowledgeable and fair on pricing. Richard is upfront about the cost of a job, years of experience so he can tackle any job. Leaves the job site clean and everything back in order. In this area it's hard to find reliable contractors, so McKenzie Electric is my go to electrician. I did read one bad review which really surprised me, it is absolutely not applicable to the experience I and others have had with McKenzie, so take it with a grain of salt. read more
