They called me at 4 pm and asked why my jeep was there and where were the keys. Ya right, going to act like you didn't see the envelope with my keys then how did you call me if you didn't see the envelope? They said they would get right to work on it. They had a special $350 an axle. They call me an hour later to say it was done. How did they do 4 rotors and brake pads in an hour? Then they charged me $1300. Within 1 week my brake sensors were chirping. After only 6000 miles my brakes and rotors are shot. I drive highway miles, don't have to brake much. I honestly think they didn't do the rotors and put cheap pads on. I will find out when I go to Firestone this time if originally rotors are on. I can see why they permanently closed.

On Friday two of my three vehicles had repair issues. I was unable to contact my regular mechanic,…read morewhom I later found out had retired, and tried the closest shop to me. While his schedule was very busy, John told me he could work it in on Monday and replace the serpentine belt. (I later found out that the serpentine belt broke because of a frozen alternator). To be fair, I called and let him know. No problem, he would still get to it on Monday. They should mention this was the quickest I could get this done. Had the vehicle brought over on Sunday and by 11 o'clock in the morning on Monday I received a call stating it was all finished and ready to pick up. It was right in the ballpark of what I expected it to be pricewise. I was impressed that he was very customer oriented, hard-working and very knowledgeable. I now have a new mechanic I can go to when problems arise. I would not hesitate. The only issue that might make things take a little longer is he is a one-man shop. With other shops in the area closing it increases the demand for the existing ones. To me, it would be worth waiting for because of the quality of the work. The next time I have a mechanical problem I know where I am going.
