He brought a little drill to get the lug nuts off and don't realize that there were caps on the lug nuts. Although I think we still may have been in the predicament we were in cuz some of the lug nuts were seized they may have had an easier time with the proper equipment. State troopers called them i guess because they are a state authorized biz, they were there as i got in the ambulance. I made sure to call the troopers to get a report and to let them know what happened and they were sympathetic. They (Jan's) had a total attitude when i asked why so much and asked if they could work with me, and also hung up on me when i tried to call and dispute...now that i read all the reviews i totally get it!!!! One or two 1 star reviews can happen to anyone, but not this many...I hope people read the reviews if they're even going to consider hiring people who do business like this, but i'm sure not enough people do because it's usually some sort of emergency, so they're used to taking advantage of people.
