Our DJ pointed us in the direction of Events by "E" and I am so glad he did. She went out of her way to make it work for us and at such an amazing price. She was able to completely pipe and drape the entire music hall and transformed it into the most beautiful room I've ever seen. She even hung lights for us in the bar. I recently worked with Jay and Sound and Video rentals for a small backyard party. Jay helped me…read moredecide that the basic AV system package would give me what I needed (2 speakers, 1 amp and 1 microphone that could be used via bluetooth or directly plugged into my laptop. Jay was flexible for my setup as I misread the delivery time, but we were able to sort it out and have the set up done a day early. I probably could have set it up myself, but I didn't want to have one extra thing to do for party setup. Jay let me know a time frame and then called me about an hour before his arrival. Jay was super great and friendly to work with and walked me through the usage of the system. The system was MORE than capable for what we needed, but was so great to have the option to increase the volume, or to only use one speaker as the day went on. Side note, Jay's favorite music is 80's freestyle, so have that ready when he tests the system! Jay came the next day around noon to disassemble the equipment and haul it out. I would definitely recommend Jay and Sound and Video Rentals as well as use them in the future.

Kirk was one of my favorite vendors to work with because of his professionalism, flexibility and ability to rock the crowd all night. I provided him with an idea of what we wanted for the social hour, ceremony, dancing and he took care of the rest. Our ceremony was outdoors on the lawn and his setup was amazing; the entrance music and ceremony music transitioned seemlessly. He was great in being able to organize the crowd to keep our ceremony on time. Kirk went above and beyond from start to finish. Due to my conflicting schedule, Kirk took the time to FaceTime me as we walked through my event venue while he was attending a destination wedding. The photobooth was a hit and he was able to flawlessly customize our photobooth template to match our invitations as a very last minute request!
