Its just an okay store- very small with smalls both "vintage" and not so vintage. My biggest peeve is that I have stopped by many more times to find them closed, or not open when they should have been open. Takes about 5-10 minutes for a walk through.

The store is so well set up. They have the antiques and new stuff designed in such a way that you can see how cute it would be in your house, little vignettes. The colors are soft and pretty. It really is a feast for your eyes. Look in all the little corners, you will find something wonderful! The owner was helpful, friendly and very clever. She opened the store with a great eye for creativity and color. Give them a look, I promise you will be happy!

I should have questioned why at the time but I tend to believe in the honesty of people. They were going to "call back" when they heard from the seller. It has been awhile now. She has a laundry list of favorites, most of which I do not know of! I have lots to explore! Store reminded me a lot of the Cambridge Antique store with the multiple booths and each booth can have a promotion going on (like 20%, 30% off everything etc). My friend and I visited this shop recently, and upon walking in, we were greeted by the woman at…read morethe front desk. However, she then very sternly instructed us to put our purses in the locker behind us. I was honestly at a loss for words. My friend and I exchanged confused looks, and when she repeated the request, we hesitantly complied -- placing our purses in the locker, locking it, and taking the key. We both quietly shared our discomfort and confusion about being asked to part with our personal belongings. As we browsed, I couldn't shake the uneasy feeling of having my purse out of sight, so I decided to bring it back to my truck. I only carried my wallet, keys, and inhaler back inside to continue shopping. My friend spoke with the lady, who explained that the reason for the "purse in locker" policy was because another customer once knocked over a glass case of crystals. When asked if it was also due to theft, she replied, "Oh, yeah... I guess that too." First of all, accidents can happen regardless of whether someone has a purse on their shoulder or not. And second, theft can happen anywhere -- but you don't see Walmart or Marshalls requiring customers to lock up their purses before shopping. To the owner: please understand that this "purse in locker" policy is not going to attract or retain customers. Asking people to part with their personal belongings before shopping feels unwelcoming and distrustful. What's next -- cutting pockets out of our pants?

As far as vintage audio is concerned, there couldn't be more passion and genuine love for the formats of yesteryear. I purchased a Pioneer sx-6000 and matching csg350s from them a while back and still plays my 1000+ records with such magnificent unadulterated beauty I would be hard pressed to replace it. Well, of course, I regretted not getting it and said as much to my friend who was with me at the time. She lives near this store so she reached out to the owner who remembered us and the item that I wanted. Since she is travelling with to shows with her Christmas stuff, she told me friend she would leave the item at her store and we could come in whenever we wanted to get it. We made a beeline that first weekend - yes, it was there with my name on it ... and yes, in the exact size and color I wanted. Great customer service.
