We received confirmation emails and our driver's personal cell phone number so we could send and receive texts from him. Our highly trained, certified chauffer Larry picked us up on time in a sparkling clean black SUV, dressed in a crisp white shirt and black dress pants. He loaded our very heavy luggage and greeted us warmly. There were a variety of beverages in his Yeti cooler, and a box of snacks as well. We chose our music from the Sirius radio, but really just enjoyed pleasant conversation as we completely relaxed on the drive to the airport. Our vacation truly did begin when we got in that beautiful car. When we arrived at the airport, Larry unloaded our luggage and we were on our way. We received a text before we left Aruba from Larry confirming our reservation and another text when we arrived at the airport. Larry met us inside the airport at the luggage claim and moved our luggage to the car when we were ready. We enjoyed another very calm, relaxing ride back to Lewes after nearly a day of travel leaving Aruba. He drove us around OC for about 45 minutes before dropping us off at dinner. Our final destination of the night was Seacrets. When we got there, we saw a HUGE line. Huge. I asked Ty, "So what can you do for us about this line?" He told me not to worry. He talked to a bouncer from Seacrets and was able to get us Golden Ticket access into the club. At that time I was informed that I wouldn't be able to have anyone pick us up for over one hour. Upset, Ellyne did apologize but didn't seem very empathetic or understanding in the least. She was more concerned about me asking her about a back up plan and got non complacent on the phone. They DO NOT have a back up plan if the car breaks down. I unfortunately was stranded at the venue site for several hours and had to call my parents to pick me up. Bayside limo services really ruined my evening and it would have been better if she was more empathetic and offered some type of reasonable solution. Well, maybe, but you only get what you pay for. 2. The staff here has been nothing but phenomenal, they have been working like crazy and I feel they are completely under-appreciated. This place has so many good reviews that are based simply on the job they do. 3. There are isolated issues, sometimes, but thats life. Things aren't always going to be perfect. Look at the big picture. But they sure as hell try to fix any issue. 4. Thank you OVR for the best thing weve ever done as a family. This will be our 2nd home for life.
