I had a very bad experience with their service department. They quickly determined that my bike needed either a new fuel pump or fuel injectors and they would figure out which it needed (or both) and get it running. Then.....crickets. My bike was in their shop for 2 months because they "couldn't get to it". Every time I called, I was told "we'll get to it this week". No excuse or reason for not repairing my bike, just ignoring it. Finally I had enough and said I would come pick up my bike. I made a very straightforward and non-hostile comment on one of their FaceBook posts explaining my issue as they seem to monitor and comment on their posts. My hope was to get contacted to see how this situation could be rectified. Instead, my comment was removed and I was blocked on FB. No one reached out and no attempt was made to figure out what the issue was. Mind you, I have purchased 5 motorcycles from QuakerCity and have all my service done there. I'm a good customer and expect to be treated better than this. Their service department seems to be a mass of confusion and disorganization. Think twice before bringing your bike here for service. I'll just spend my money at Cross Country Cycles instead.
