I contacted RevZilla after my package failed to arrive…read more RevZilla opened a Lost Package Investigation and initially advised me that the carrier investigation could take up to eight business days. I repeatedly confirmed to multiple representatives that the package had not been received at my residence. RevZilla subsequently informed me that FedEx/USPS tracking showed the package as delivered to my mailbox. I again explained that, regardless of what the tracking system stated, no package was delivered to or received at my home. I was repeatedly instructed to check my mailbox, other members of my household, and my neighbors. I complied and continued to confirm that I did not have the package. I eventually requested a refund because I was tired of being placed in the position of managing the issue between RevZilla and its shipping carriers. Instead of issuing the refund, I was sent a return authorization and return label for an item I never received and therefore could not possibly return. After once again explaining that I did not have the package, I was told RevZilla would "not be able to assist any further" and that the company considered the matter closed. That last response is ultimately what forced me to dispute the charge. now 2 years later they have ban me from ordering from the site and treated me as if i stole $400.. @revzilla i will never pay for a product i didnt receive. you failed and rather take ownership you passed the buck on to the customer .......

I had a very bad experience with their service department. I made an appointment more than one…read moremonth in advance to get my 2009 T-100 running as it had been parked inside my house as a display. They quickly determined that my bike needed either a new fuel pump or fuel injectors and they would figure out which it needed (or both) and get it running. Then.....crickets. My bike was in their shop for 2 months because they "couldn't get to it". Every time I called, I was told "we'll get to it this week". No excuse or reason for not repairing my bike, just ignoring it. Finally I had enough and said I would come pick up my bike. I made a very straightforward and non-hostile comment on one of their FaceBook posts explaining my issue as they seem to monitor and comment on their posts. My hope was to get contacted to see how this situation could be rectified. Instead, my comment was removed and I was blocked on FB. No one reached out and no attempt was made to figure out what the issue was. Mind you, I have purchased 5 motorcycles from QuakerCity and have all my service done there. I'm a good customer and expect to be treated better than this. Their service department seems to be a mass of confusion and disorganization. Think twice before bringing your bike here for service. I'll just spend my money at Cross Country Cycles instead.

What makes the experience five stars though was the guy who came to help us, Dave. Super knowledgeable and friendly, even recommended some local restaurants to us--but when he heard what I was looking for, he told me that the correct helmet for me wasn't something they sold. Gave me directions to other shops, and suggestions on what to look for there. A salesman who will tell you when their products aren't the best ones for you is a salesman I really trust--absolutely huge shoutout. I didn't buy anything here, but learned exactly what I needed to. I also did some price comparison here versus online shopping--it's definitely a bit pricier, but not outrageously more pricy. It's in the solidly competitive region, with the bonus of getting to try it on for fit immediately, and walk out with the helmet you want.

Jake at Cycle Gear helped us pick out boots, chest protectors, knee and elbow protection, gloves, helmets and goggles. We got to the store late and I had no idea that we were still shopping 25 minutes after the store was closed. Jake never rushed us, he answered all our questions and made multiple trips to the back room to check for different sizes. When it was all done I spent a lot but HUNDREDS less than I thought I was going to. Huge selection, great prices and Jake was great. If my boys stay with this hobby I will definitely be going back to buy more equipment.

I'd stopped in there before and made small talk and in general had a very good impression of the place. When money was not so tight I stopped off to buy a new helmet from a very good looking one marked on sale. They were very good about it and made sure I under stood it but as I was signing the recipe said that once the helmet left the shop it could not be returned. Which seemed a little odd. Anyway I was thrilled with the helmet's performance and was very happy until I noticed the price for the very same item elsewhere. Even on sale at this place it was still some $40-$50 more here than elsewhere. That knowledge really soured the deal and made me feel more than a little cheated. It's a nice place to look, but check the price before you buy.

If you're looking at a used bike I'm not sure they even bother to put it thru the shop. They may just wipe it down with a wet rag and spray some armor all on the tires and put a top of the range retail price on it. If you buy a new bike remember they add a $895 "destination charge". Also, the service department is always backed up several weeks, so good luck getting an appointment. It's a mixed bag here.

Long story short the screws to my visor came out. Walked in, greeted by Jay and another employee. Two very happy people. Nothing but good energy. Jay assisted me in buying a helmet. He asked what I was looking for. I gave him my pointers. He went about his business, soon as I made eye contact with him anytime he would answer my questions right away. He let me try on helmets no problem. If I was deciding between 2 he gave me pros and cons about each one. Then when I went back to being lost on which one to buy he wouldn't hover over me which I liked. I like having space to think when making a larger purchase. Ended up coming to a decision quick because of his help. I also bought a Cardo headset for my helmet. He uninstalled my old headset off my old helmet so I can sell it to someone else then proceeded to install the new cardo on my new helmet. Nothing but great vibes from Jay and an amazing help today. Walked out happy. He even helped me connect my phone before leaving just to make sure I was good to go. I definitely recommend getting help from Jay on helmets if your looking to buy. Then got more condescending and obnoxious from there. I told him the features I wanted and he said that's it like it wasn't enough information. Then when I asked where the lever was for the visor he said it's on the left. Because when you ride a motorcycle you don't want to take you hand off the throttle like I never rode one. This was after I told him I had a HJC IS max which has the lever in the middle on top. When he handed me the box with my new 600$ helmet I said I wanted to try it on before I left. He got annoyed and said it's the same helmet you just tried on. This is after a whole 7 minutes of his time. I tried 2 helmets and said I'll take that one there was no one in the store so I don't know what his hurry was. Ive heard good things about this store which is why I went but I won't go back. I can spend less money and get insulted and abused. So after riding with the helmet for a week I realize I should have gotten the medium not the large that he insisted on. He never measured or looked at it in my head. He just said how does it feel. It says helmet experts on the sign. I would definitely disagree with that.

He told us to "come back when you're ready to buy". He also said he doesn't want people trying on the helmets. We were shocked by what he said. I have been riding since 1987 and everybody should know-You always must try a new helmet to see if it is the correct fit! It is protecting your head!!! I would suggest to all, to stay clear of this shop. I drove from Philly to buy, and left with nothing and glad we did.

I'm pondering the motorcycle…read moreriding of this season It dawned on me that for the last 3/4 of the summer I never once been aware of discomfort in my helmet. My wife and I have been riding for 30+ years. We have always chosen helmets because we liked the design or that they matched my bike.(or they were cheap , Mennonite , what can I say ) Fitting consisted of picking one out that's slid easily on to our heads I have had several Arai helmets previously ,but contrary to the advice of Rob Miller at The Service Pavilion I always choose them for looks first and then tried to make them fit by changing pads, and spooning foam,etc. Spring of 2017 I finally gave in and agreed to begin helmets selection with fitting. My wife was fairly easy and wound up with a size smaller than what we would've normally purchased for her but very comfortable and not loose. I was a bit more difficult , and had some discomfort in the four head after the first fitting The discomfort was slight and would only manifest itself after riding for half an hour or more. I'm bald so it's easy to identify pressure points after taking helmet off from an extended wear Rob was patient and actually more determined than I was that we would get the perfect fit. After a couple attempts trying different pads etc. to fit my not quite oval not quite round not quite small not quite medium head we finally reached the perfect fit. I have never had a helmet that I could wear all day and not be pushing up with my shoulders,or adjusting somehow to relieve a pressure.point . I can truly ride all day without thinking about my helmet. It's an amazing experience. I walked the bike down to the shop and asked if anything could be done. Thankfully these guys know what they're doing and I was up and running in no time! Since then, I've gone back multiple times for repairs and different projects, Adam is always glad to help and offer advice. As far as I can tell, there's no sign outside, just a big wooden door, but don't be shy - just go on in and ask for Adam, you and your wallet will be glad you did.
