Thursday, 6/15/2023 my 19yr. old son and I stopped in Funcenter Powersports in Bristol, PA to checkout their selection of bikes. Upon entering the store there were three men standing at checkout; one being stationed behind the register while the other two faced the register. Being infatuated with bikes since the age of 2, my son eagerly browsed through the beautiful selection of bikes Powersports offers. I followed a short distance behind my son in the store and witnessed two of the three men literally turn to face my son; watching his every move including the man stationed behind the counter. Wherever my son moved; there bodies ever so slightly moved; following him around the store with their eyes. The three looked on in disgust! Never greeting nor acknowledging us. I personally chuckled at their blatant ignorance. However, this behavior is sickening and tired. I proceeded to encourage my son to speed it up and informed him, I would NEVER patronize this kind of store with my "Black Money". Shopping while any race should be a warm experience. read more

Fun Center had my 2001 Suzuki for 4 months to fix a starter problem and they couldn't fix it. Brought my bike to Bikes Built Better in Horsham. They fixed it in 3 days including ordering a part. read more

They have always been a little unscrupulous. While cross shopping a couple outlets for out the door pricing they were consistently higher then the competition. Never revealed any rebates or sale pricing that I knew to be current. read more

This place will steal parts off your bike if you have work done here, I put my banshee in for a stator issue and when I got it back my carbs were swapped out for some beat down carbs with missing parts out of them ,along with that bolts and studs was taking off of my bike , don't trust this place they will take parts off your property,I also made Martin the lead mechanic aware of this multiple time thru emails and thru phone calls only to be told "he was busy and he will get back to me " it's been about a year now and still haven't gotten back to ,as if banshee carburetors are cheap carbs alone are $600 + not to mention those bolts and studs this business needs to pay for what they done because I am ,any good reviews you may find about this business we're written before this and I'm pretty sure you will find that most businesses will put on a great front just to get in your pockets and it don't mean they don't do shady shit to other people so don't let other reviews let you forget about this one until they resolve the issue. 2022 I visited Funcenter Powersports in shopping for a scooter, Greg the sales person went above and beyond to assist me in checking out the 2022 Yamaha Zuma 125cc scooter which is a rugged ADV lightweight on and off road scooter. Greg explained everything I needed to know and in a brief amount of time I was out the door with my newly purchased rugged little scooter that I still enjoy to this day. Greg was very honest and fair with me and I will definitely recommend visiting Funcenter Powersports if anyone is in the market to buy a motorcycle o scooter. read more

I bought 2 ATV's for my boys. It was a great experience

I just wanted to share our experience: my son had been visiting the store about 4 to 5 times in the past month looking to purchase a waverunner. He was also keeping a daily eye out on their website when he noticed that one was finally available for sale. He called the store and was connected with Greg L. My son then went into the store to look at the waverunner on a Thursday evening. He took pictures, obtained a quote then called us. We decided we wanted to purchase it so my son drove over to their store the very next evening expecting to put a deposit down to hold the unit until we could go over on Saturday and complete the rest of the paperwork. He was told that a deposit was not necessary and next thing you know the unit was literally sold from under his feet the very next morning...less than 16 hours! I am extremely disappointed in their handing of this expected sale and the total disrespect they had for my son. I truly believe he saw a young man and decided if someone more mature comes along the to buy the waverunner then oh well great for Greg stinks for my son. Greg knew my son was committed because he wanted to leave a deposit on Friday but it is clear that Greg was not committed to him or could care less. He was just waiting for another buyer (probably someone he deemed would qualify for their financing). When I called to complain he completely contradicted himself saying "what if he took a deposit from him then it turns out his credit was no good then what? I can't turn down a sale". Then on the other hand he was saying "we can't keep these in stock they are selling so fast!" So I ask what would the harm have been had he taken the deposit from my son to hold the waverunner for the 16 hours? If our credit turned out to be crap and we wouldn't have qualified for financing (which was quite the opposite...we were prepared to pay cash) he would have been able to sell the waverunner anyway..since they are selling like crazy. Greg did have the decency to call my son to tell him the waverunner had been sold though....thanks for the communication when it DIDN'T count! read more

I've been riding for 30+ years and have owned new and used bikes of most popular brands, Harley, Honda, Kawasaki, Triumph, Yamaha. This by far is the worst dealership to get service. I purchased a new bike from them and it was riddled with problems from a bad assembly. These bike come needing assembly, front wheel and fender, brakes, fairing and Electronic components need to be cabled up. The Electronic Components were not installed properly and when it came time to have them get it right it took 3 visits, one of which took 4 days in the shop. Got the bike back with more problems found. During the service the NEW bike was scratched in several places where the work had been done. After close examination I discovered the bike was missing some small parts like clutch cable boot, cable stays, and I found low air pressure in the tires. Funny thing is that when I went back into the service area the mechanic magically knew where to plug in wiring, guess the 4 days the bike was in for service wasn't long enough. They returned the bike covered in fingerprints and when told about it they made jokes, the front of the bike has a fairing and to access the headlight the faring has to be removed, imagine having to pull apart your NEW bike to clean it of grease and fingerprints. Not to mention the safety issues of improper assembly, I had to fine tooth comb the bike to feel confident the bike was safe to ride. Good thing I know how to wrench. They try to blame the bad assembly on a previous employee but while waiting to pick up my bike I noticed bikes on the showroom floor having problems too, I brought these to the owners attention and that's when it started to dawn on me that they have serious issues in there service department. Their bikes are not assembled correctly and you ride these bikes at your own risk. My friend also purchased a NEW bike here and had the same issues, he had purchased a new exhaust system and after several weeks of popping during deceleration he determined that they did not replace the exhaust gaskets, he did it himself and the popping stopped. His bike also had scratches and was cover with fingerprint after service. Imagine spending 12+ thousand dollars and thousands more in accessories only to find out your NEW bike has scratches and does not function currently. There was also assembly issues and missing small parts with his bike but judging from the experience I had we just got together and fixed both bikes ourselves. I had purchased a used bike from them less than a year prior and that bike had some issues, oil was black, light bar wasn't assembled correctly. Didn't think much of it at the time but that should have been my alert there were service issues at this dealership. I don't mind wrenching on a used bike, after all it's used and you want to make it yours, guess your never to old to learn a lesson. Take heed and don't get shafted by this dealer. There are many other Yamaha dealers close by who do a fine job. read more
