This company told me they transfer motorcycles rather often and realized right away what equipment would be needed. I've heard horror stories of bikes getting trashed in transit, so I was a little more comfortable when the driver showed up with the correct straps and loading setup. Before he departed, he tied everything down and double-checked the arrangement. He even offered them some tips on road safety and keeping their batteries charged for the trip. I also learned they had Fuel Delivery and Battery Service, which if I had known about sooner, might have saved me from needing a tow. The best thing about it was they were so respectful of my motorcycle. They saw it as a good thing, not simply a job. Considering the distance and the specialized handling, the pricing seemed reasonable. These guys are a hard to find towing company that really knows motorcycles. I will be recommending them to other riders I know and keeping their number for future trips.

He didn't fix the flat; what he did was put on the spare ("the donut") for me and made sure it was inflated and ready to go. He also checked the pressure in my other three tires. I didn't know what to expect when he arrived. I forgot to ask what kind of service I was getting. He's not a tow truck or a mobile tire repair service. He has a van with equipment inside to get you on the road again. In my case this was to change the tire to the spare. He also jump starts vehicles, unlocks them, and brings gas if you've run out. If you don't have a functional spare, I would say this is not the service you need if you get a flat. After he changed the tire and aired the others, he made sure I knew where the closet tire shop was and told me what time they closed. He also gave me some tips and warnings about driving on the donut. He helped make a bad day a little brighter.
