The tow truck then blocked the entire right-turn lane, preventing multiple vehicles from turning. Shortly afterward, the driver abruptly crossed multiple lanes of traffic and entered my lane in a way that forced me to brake hard to avoid a collision. The situation felt dangerous and completely avoidable. Given that tow trucks are large commercial vehicles, this behavior raises serious concerns about public safety and professionalism.
