Although he was busy with another customer at the time I called, we exchanged info and he got back to me shortly after. Once Freddy arrived, my day continued to improve. Worryingly, I had my toolbox stored in a relatively tight storage unit complex, but Freddy managed to maneuver his truck in without a problem. As he began to load up my toolbox, I could see (and appreciate) how careful he was being both loading and securing it on the flatbed. The unloading process went smoothly as well, Freddy again backed into my precarious driveway with ease, then proceeded to use the same skill and care to unload my toolbox without even a mark to either my driveway or toolbox. If you're looking for a skilled tow for your precious cargo, Freddy is the one to call, he was on-time, friendly, straightforward, communicative and damn good at what he does. The driver was traveling at a high rate of speed and nearly rear-ended my vehicle as I was properly signaling and moving into a right-turn lane. I had to change lanes to avoid a collision. The tow truck then blocked the entire right-turn lane, preventing multiple vehicles from turning. Shortly afterward, the driver abruptly crossed multiple lanes of traffic and entered my lane in a way that forced me to brake hard to avoid a collision. The situation felt dangerous and completely avoidable. Given that tow trucks are large commercial vehicles, this behavior raises serious concerns about public safety and professionalism. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable hiring or recommending this company. I strongly recommend choosing any other towing company. No one should have to fear for their life because of a tow truck driver's actions.
