You can also go to the showroom and pick out the colors and designs you want. I wish that I had known about CounterSync and solid surface characteristics twenty years ago. I am sick of tile and grout. I am sick of broken or stained tiles and granite surfaces on countertops and in showers. These surfaces are the easiest to maintain you can choose and they can be repaired or polished and made like new if something bad happens. I use in-home resources all the time, and you cannot do better than CounterSync.

I called re-bath expecting to just get the seat replace but the model was discontinued. This is where is gets good. You always hear about lifetime warranties but Re-bath went above and beyond with their warranty. Instead of just finding another seat to replace the old one, they redid the entire shower at no cost! Words cannot express how happy we are with this company and how they stand behind their products. Tony was the installer and he was very professional and cleaned up any debris that was present (even outside where he fitted the shower walls). Thank you Re-bath for being that exceptional company and thank you Tony for caring for your customers they way you did my family. It is truly appreciated.

The job was sloppy and the materials were "bait and switch" - We…read morewere shown a grab bar in polished nickel, which was an example of what the shower frame was supposed to be(and what would match our existing shower head). Instead, the frame and shower door towel racks looked like aluminum. When I told the installer it looked like aluminum, he said it was the "new polished nickel". All the shower door glass in the showroom was 3/8" sturdy glass. We got glass that was about the thickness of picture frame glass. It wobbled and felt as if it could easily crack. I asked the installer to fix the grab bar mount on one side, where the screws showed and had been dented when he installed it. This mount should have been on the bottom like the other side of the grab bar had been installed. He said he couldn't change it. I also asked him to use mushroom caulking to match the surround and tile floor. He said they only used clear. The installer got caulking all over my painted walls. I had to rub it off and repaint walls. I called Rebath to come out and correct the sloppy caulking job - and he brought mushroom color, which they obviously did have. We decided we couldn't live with the shower door, so we called another company to replace it and they did a beautiful job. Rebath will give you a discount if you charge their work to a Lowe's credit card, which we did. Don't do this, as the work then falls under Lowe's "Installation Made Easy." I called them for a partial refund for the door and frame we had replaced. I was told they couldn't refund anything because we had voided the warranty by having work done by another company. I said this didn't fall under warranty work, but sloppy job and bait and switch. We will see if we get any satisfaction.

Super fast, even during the holidays. I have 2 complaints, which were addressed. The first, I ordered square sinks and the granite was cut round and we only discovered this after the vanity was ripped out. They were accommodating and gave us the vanity for 50% off and we agreed to let them install the round sinks. The 2nd complaint was when they were installing the backsplash in the kitchen they deliberately installed 2 fractured pieces and tried to cover it up. They did come back a week later and replace it, but it was a waste of time when they could have addressed it during installation. Overall I love the new counters.
