The playlist was jamming, tempo was fluid and i definitely built up a great morning sweat! My heart rate was definitely up and pumping! Everyone was so friendly, we are all here for the same reason to better ourselves so adding this type of exercising to the mix definitely changes it up from the normal weekly gym splits and cardio.
