I was hesitant about writing this review, but I think it's important to share an honest experience…read more Lighting: The lighting throughout the gym is very harsh--extremely white--and combined with the white walls, it creates an uncomfortable environment. Lighting in a gym isn't just aesthetic; it directly affects safety, performance, mood, and the overall workout experience. Equipment Condition: A significant amount of the cardio equipment is not functional. It's frustrating to see equipment moved from the old location to the new one without being properly repaired. Many machines are in poor condition and need maintenance or adjustment. TVs: All the TVs display the same content, which feels repetitive and uninspired. It would be a big improvement to include a variety of options like music videos, workout-related YouTube channels, educational fitness content, or even news. Music: The music selection is consistently heavy metal, which may not appeal to everyone and can be demotivating for many members. Music plays a major role in workouts--it boosts performance, increases motivation, reduces perceived effort, and helps maintain focus. A mix of genres like EDM, house, pop, and remixes (typically in the 120-140 BPM range) would create a more inclusive and energizing atmosphere. Warm-Up / Stretching Area: The stretching area is too small and cluttered with unnecessary equipment. It would benefit from better organization and the addition of useful items like resistance bands. The current layout negatively impacts the overall experience. Safety Concerns: The hallways leading to the bathrooms are overcrowded with equipment and tools, making the space feel unsafe. In the event of an emergency evacuation, this could become a serious issue and would likely be flagged during a safety inspection. Functional Trainers: Many of the cable machines are in poor condition and need maintenance. Some have uneven cable resistance or mismatched thickness between sides, which directly affects workout performance and balance. Bathrooms: Basic supplies like paper towels are often missing. Additionally, signage encouraging proper use (e.g., not disposing of gum or trash in urinals) would help maintain cleanliness. Water Access: There should be a proper water dispenser for filling bottles. Relying only on water fountains is not practical for members during workouts and doesn't meet basic expectations for convenience. Front Desk Staff: The front desk staff could significantly improve their attitude. They are often not welcoming, which sets a negative tone from the moment you walk in. As the face of the gym, they should create a friendly and professional first impression for members. Overall: The gym has lost the strong bodybuilding atmosphere that made the previous location stand out. Right now, the experience doesn't match expectations. I would recommend management visit facilities like Mass Underground or Olympus Gym for inspiration on layout, equipment quality, and overall environment. At this point, I'm seriously considering canceling my membership

Thought they would at least have some new machines and equipments since they are in a new location…read morebut all the machines are extremely old and dumb bells are rusty. If you have a cut on your hands, I don't know about touching those rusty metals. The rowing machine seat was wobbly. The handle was sticky even after wiping it before use. I didn't want to touch anything else and left. Other than that, the front desk guy was friendly.

I enjoyed this facility. It was my first time. Coming from a commercial gym of the purple and…read moregold, this is like a luxury spa. I believe in the near future my group is planning to make a switch with a fam account. So walking in you have a nice concierges who check in your member and or guest. Everyone was really nice and accommodating. My brother has a membership and brought me to the second floor. They had all the equipment you'd probably need we did leg day. Lotta cables, smiths, assisted. Saw the basketball court (didn't see the pool) went to third floor checked out the spin cycle room and yoga studio. Went to the turf area for push sled and squat racks. Def has everything for the most part. Would come back again. Very spacious. Some of the machines seem to have quite a bit of years on them but as long as they work, it's all good. The locker rooms were huge, hot tub sauna and steam shower at this location, no cold baths that i saw. I think with the different tier solo and fam plans plus access to pool, hoops and unlimited classes, it makes sense it's cost, just wish it was lower like in some other markets (states) haha. Will be back! Thanks for the workout!

I like the hot tub, sauna, steam room and the gym is OK, but it is pretty run down and poorly…read moremanaged. Equipment is frequently broken, towels are often out (what prompted me to write today), drinking fountains broken (today), etc. It seems like a lot to pat for what you get. Outdoor pool is really lame (all very shallow) and my kids prefer to go to our local community pool.

Worst customer service ever!!!!! I called last a couple times last year to cancel, then started…read morecalling again, for the past 5 months to cancel, with no success and then since January my payment went from $20 to $27 without even letting me know. I don't even have the fob anymore to even get in there to talk to anyone. They need to do better. Let's see if they call me back or cancel it for next month!

Pros : It's 24 hours and has single person bathrooms. Also very friendly staff. That's it…read more Cons : This is a very very small gym with an incredibly mediocre setup. They charge a monthly maintenance fee which is completely fine, however equipment is consistently breaking down and takes forever to be fixed. In one of the pictures the pullup bar is missing a grip on one side and it has been this way for AT LEAST 6 months. When I asked a team member about it they gave some bs excuse about it and said it would be fixed soon. 3 months later still nothing. Also noticing what appears to be black mold on the ceilings(I'm not an expert.) I stay here because it is extremely close to my job and is basically the only gym available when I'm off that I know of. If any other options become available that can even come close to the convenience that this gym offers I will immediately cancel my 2 year contract and happily pay whatever cancellation fee comes with it. Also goodluck going during the afternoon. Thanks for reading

This gym runs on a highly predatory business model that charges hidden fees buried in their…read moremembership fine print. You will be charged "processing," "enrollment," and other various fees that cost more than the membership itself. And no, they won't tell you about these fees in person. They also charge a cancellation fee, which they label as an "Amount Past Due," if you try to cancel a membership that you literally signed up for the day before. What was supposed to be a $19.99 membership ended up costing nearly $200 with all fees included, all within just a few days of signing up.

Fit Factory is not a bad gym at all. They used to be more affordable pre-Covid but since then, they…read morehave upped the price of membership. It gets very crowded here; most of the people who work out here tend to be high schoolers and college students. It's hard to find an area in the gym that isn't already occupied by others. They have plenty of machines though available to use and pretty big gym. Lots of parking available, as well, and staff is nice & helpful for the most part. Personal training is offered here and fitness classes. I think that even though the price of their memberships have doubled, getting a membership here is still a good bargain. Their VIP membership allows access to multiple of their locations, bring a guest everyday for free, unlimited cycle classes + studio, sauna, + more perks... all for $34.99/month.
