When their machines don't work and eat your money no one wants to do anything about it, I contacted the number for the person who was supposedly who we were supposed to call with any issues, but the woman on the phone complained saying that she couldn't do anything more than what we had done and she suggested trying another machine, she said she was going to call the owner to see if maybe they had some spare change when I told her I wanted the money back for the machine that did not work. She was complaining to me that she did not want to have to walk all the way down here super unprofessional and basically said there was nothing she could do about it. You're offering a service via these machines that do not work, you would think you could do something about that.

The attendant was attentive and helpful and gave valuable advice regarding what size of washer would be a good value and be able to tackle multiple of my loads of laundry in one go. When it came time to empty my washer a kind stranger volunteered to give me a hand because I was wearing my sleeping infant daughter in a sling and awkwardly working around her. So kind. It's busy in here but no one seems grouchy about waiting, and most people will meet my eyes and smile back. I like that there are different washer and dryer types to choose from (there are both front load and top load washers, and some great big and some regular sized) and that the larger machines accept payment from cards. I love that there are live plants inside, what a nice touch! My only note about how the environment could be improved is that it could maybe use a couple more chairs and that the chairs would benefit from someone taking a magic eraser to them. Everything else in here is grunge free and looks very clean and well cared for! It's summer time now and it is a little warm in here, though. There is one fan running near the front to help but fair warning, you'll likely start sweating while you wait for your laundry. Overall I'm having a very pleasant experience and am grateful. I definitely recommend this friendly clean laundromat to anyone!

All I got back was 1 bathing suit, 2 dresses, 2 shorts, and 1 tank! My son got back 2 shirts, 2 swim shorts, 1 bathing suit, 3 shorts, 1 pair of pj's, my husband got back his work clothes! I dropped off 2 WEEKS WORTH OF CLOTHES! And the best they can tell me is they'll look at the cameras. Ok, cool, but the clothes obviously aren't at their facility so what will they do to replace them? The manager said "I don't know". ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! I'm missing bathing suits for everyone in my family, shorts for everyone in my family, my tops, my boys shirts, jeans, EVERYTHING BRAND NEW!!! Update: Just got a call from the manager, this time I talked to a female manager but the manager I talked to from before was male... she called to say she found a bag of clothes and started going through it. After the first couple of items she listed I knew it wasnt mine at all. When I told her none of its mine, her attitude changed from nice to snotty as if I ruined her "hero" moment. She said they'll look over the cameras and I asked does it really have to take 24 hours? She replied snotty again saying I dont know. Then I said "I just dont see why it has to take 24 hrs when he started looking at the cameras when I was at the facility" she said he has to look at it frame by frame for an 8 hr shift. Then rudely said "well bye". So not only is there a confusion on how many managers there are but it sounds like they also lost someone else's clothes too. They're the ones who lost my family's clothes and acting like I'm being a pain. UPDATE: Over 24 hrs later, they called me. This time it was the male again. Stating he looked through the cameras and my family's clothes weren't missing on their end. THAT'S PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE! I gave them $73 in weight of clothes and DID NOT get that back! When I asked if I could see the cameras for myself, he replied just as snotty like a child "no" the fact that I had to correct him on his attitude toward me was very sad. I told him they lost my clothes so what are they going to do to make it right amd he suggested to file a police report against them. Everyone here needs to be evaluated again and given a course on customer amd phone etiquette. They think just because they don't have a big fancy job that they don't have to treat customers with respect. I swear I was talking to a 10 year old on the phone. Sad.

The small business mom and pop feel has been stripped completely now with the Columbus Dry Cleaning & Laundry Services franchise updating to no contact and current tech. Drop off experience went ok after I figured it out. When I returned the return kiosk froze and I had to get someone in the back to help and manually process the payment. Then go back and wait for the automatic vending of my clothes. Just not a fan but better than not having a dry cleaning option. Pricing was $42.59 after tax for a Jacket and a Suit Jacket. Hoping future experiences will be more seamless and I am sure I'll adjust to change but will miss the personal Ross Cleaners feel.
