Wish I could give 8 stars! This was hands-down the best dental experience of my life. My anxiety at the dentist is normally through the roof but the whole team here made me feel so comfortable and calm. I came in because I chipped a tooth (cue the panic ). Dr. Rosenthal explained all my options in a way that was super clear and reassuring. He didn't rush, really took the time to walk me through what would work best, and somehow made me laugh in the process. I ended up needing a crown and a filling (basically the dental jackpot ). They got it all done in one day, no drama, no pain, no tears from me (a miracle). The crown looks incredible--you'd never know it's not my real tooth. Everyone there is top tier. If they can turn a dentist baby like me into someone who's actually excited to come back, they deserve all the stars. read more

I've literally never met a nicer and more accommodating staff in my life and I was a medical asst for 10yrs. I had a dental emergency today, not only did they fit me in, they were happy to do so. I received amazing care from Dr. Gabe and NoHea. From their level of skill to their bedside manner I was at ease. When Drs are as caring and concerned about your comfort as they are knowledgeable and skilled, that's a rare combo. They constantly asked how I was doing, providing updates along the way. They are honest, give you options and never try to upsell you. Im getting my wife to change dentists immediately. I had seen Dr. Rosenthal at the West Los Angeles office before, actually that's where I was introduced to him and I'm so glad that happened. Today was the first time where I went to his Encino location. I must say the staff and everybody there is super friendly, very professional, the best service I have ever experienced at a dentistry practice. They took at least 15 or 16 x-rays of my mouth and I remember saying, "wow you take a lot of pictures" and the doctor replied, "of course because we treat you like a celebrity" Dr. Karina did my teeth cleaning, great job very professional with a sense of humor. Best dental office! It truly is an experience coming here! I've been to many dental offices in the valley (mostly due to my changing insurance throughout the years). This year, I opted for better dental insurance so I can come back to Dr. Rosenthal's office. My first time getting any dental work done with Dr. Rosenthal was 4+ years ago (for my FRONT teeth) so you know I trust him with my life!! I have needed to come for a cleaning and I was blown away by his brand new office (well, new to me), the technology, and not to mention his staff/hygienists!! I came in today for a whitening treatment. I got one 6 months ago (zoom 4 sessions of 15 min) and there was no noticeable difference. I even got extreme pain in my gums and couldn't brush my teeth for almost a week. This office covered my gums properly and I did 3 sessions and I see the exact difference I was looking for. Really disappointed in this office. I was excited to visit since I had seen pictures of their work and thought they would do a great job. However, when I went in to fix a tiny chip on my front tooth and spoke with Dr. Rosenthal, he tried to sell me on getting a veneer. I had seen other dentists for this before (when I had different insurance) and knew that it wasn't necessary, so I asked him to go ahead with the composite bonding. When it was done, I noticed that the filling was on an angle, and a complete different length than my other front tooth (meaning he filed it shorter than it should have been). He told me that when I got Invisalign (which I had mentioned I was interested in), this would even out. I was very confused by this and sought out advice from other dentists and orthodontists. They confirmed that this was not the case- for the two front teeth to even out, the root on the now shorter tooth would have to be pulled down, and this would cause even further complications with the gum-line. In addition, he left no space between my front teeth, essentially gluing them together. Really, what should have been done was the composite bonding should have been made the same length as the other front tooth with slight spacing in between. Essentially, he screwed up the filling and now I have to get it fixed by someone else. I truly feel that the filling was intentionally done wrong so that I would either: get a veneer sooner rather than later or do the Invisalign with him. I highly recommend avoiding this office and their shady practices. read more

The best dental office I've ever been to. My kids have gone and they love going and he has great prizes lol. Dr Gabe is so patient, nice, calm, knowledgeable..just overall fantastic. His office is so clean and high tech. Receptionist is friendly, warm and nice too. Anyone that's ever cleaned my teeth has been also very calm, nice, and thorough. I generally really don't like going to the dentist but they always make me feel relaxed and comfortable. I was most recently there for a night guard and I was SO RELIEVED that I wouldn't need the gross plaster in my mouth. After braces, retainers and the works it's really terrible. But he has high technology from Israel I believe that your molds are ready in minutes! Look no further!! read more
