And it was a nightmare. I couldn't for the life of me get any landscapers to give me quotes, much less perform the work. Out of 17 landscapers contacted I only received 3 quotes. Brady and Casey were right in the middle and gave me options that I hadn't considered. I had a tenant in the house that was basically living with a dead front and backyard. This was hard for me, since I enjoy the beauty of the trees and the shade they provide. However, they worked closely with me to make it look more 'parklike,' it looks neater instead of ugly, and I feel safer from fire threats.
