I was looking through the…read moreracks and found everything was very trendy and super cute, however when I tried to find my size I was unable to find anything over a size Large or size 30 waist (size 8). When I approached the owner about finding something in another size she mentioned that she carried sizes that were appropriate to her customer base and if she stocked items with every size available she wouldn't make any money. Basically shaming me for needing a larger size. I wasn't asking for anything extreme just a size XL (to fit the girls) or a size 10 jeans. I don't need the rude attitude and I'll happily take my business downtown to another boutique in town that doesn't passively fat shame women.

I browsed the toys and I saw plenty of things to get for my sister. Stuffed animals, regular toys, and a good variety of clothes for boys and girls. The store is clean. My only downside is that the sizes are a little misleading. I'm a size medium and the Ed Hardy shirt I bought in medium was too tight so I recommend the dressing rooms. I went to the men's section and to look for both socks and shirts. It's hard to find cotton socks here or at competitors like this. The shirts, were really lacking. She then was giving dirty looks when they finished it after asking and only took two items (almost everything was new and in season) I'm nice when I go in there, and she is the only one that's rude. I even had to move a time or two as they were vacuuming under the racks. I felt more in the way than I should have. I initially went in and right back to the kitchen and houseware section. This section was laughable. Hardly anything there and the two aisles they had set aside felt a little too much for this. Not finding anything there I moved onto the clothing section. I was kind of impressed with the Burlington location. Unlike some that I have been to, this was the perfect size. No shrinking of the floor and putting up makeshift walls. It was bright and organized. Albeit, some areas were lacking items. I scanned through the dress shirts really quick and was about to give up until I was the clearance section. I was looking for long-sleeved dress type shirts, for work. I was skeptical to try them on at first, but I gave it a try right on the floor, it's easier to try on a button up shirt without a dressing room than other clothing items. I was able to find two shirts here and was quite happy. Heading to the register I also checked out a few items there, grabbed new phone holder for my vehicle. Guess what, that thing broke already.
