Trust me. If you want to know more, read on.... I was introduced to Love Tile and Marble through a claim with my home owner's insurance. Kevin and his team were sent out as sub-contractors for the tile repair. The insurance company paired us with a project manager to handle all aspects of the demolition and re-building of our two bathrooms. Long story short - we had a terrible experience with that project manager, and their other sub-contractors (the electrician, plumber, etc). The ONLY positive experience we had through the entire process was with Love Tile and Marble. Their workmanship was superior. They showed professionalism. And just as important, they showed respect for my home. These guys put down canvas to protect my hardwood floors and wiped their boots on the mat before they came in. It may seem like small gestures. But, through the 3 months of hellish renovations and dozens of contractors in and out of my home, the respectful ones stand out. After choosing my new floor tile, Kevin made suggestions on the pattern because of the imperfections in the tile (1/3 pattern, as opposed to the 1/2 pattern I originally wanted). I agreed with his suggestion and the floors came out beautifully! We also hired him again for other work, since we were so happy with his previous work. Bottom line - Kevin and his team are utterly fantastic. Fair and reasonable prices for top quality workmanship (which I can personally attest - is tough to find these days).

Both rooms look amazing and we are very pleased with his work. We hired Dan after reading about him in a magazine article. He had won awards for projects he recently completed in the area. After having him do work for us, we could see why he was an award winning contractor. Initially he remodeled our kitchen and we knew after that project was completed that as soon as we could afford it, he'd be back to work in our bathrooms. He is a wonderful, honest contractor who guided us through our renovation projects from beginning to end. He helped us with the material choices and gave suggestions as to why some choices would work better than others. The full bath remodel was quite a project as it involved taking out a huge existing closet and taking down a wall between the existing bathroom and bedroom. The new layout works so well for us and we still have just the right amount of space in the adjoining bedroom. It's a bit of a luxury bath with our wonderful bubble tub that I never thought we could have because of space/cost issues but Dan made it work for us and we are more than satisfied.

Charged $300.00 to visit (deductible from final cost if he does the job). The estimate came in at almost $11,000.00. I found alternatives and in the end paid $2,600 + material to replace approximately 90sqft of flooring. To me Artisan implies superior workmanship and they may have done a phenomenal job but it could have cost almost as much as the entire floor.
