When I complained I was told "yeah I thought about how dirty it was but sent it out anyway." Really what kind of business does that. I rented a portable potty that was delivered 2 days after tent and a week after event it has still not been picked up. Tent was picked up 5 hours after confirming pick up time. A couple weeks ago an employee gave us attitude because we accidentally didn't see the sign outside that said you couldn't enter the cafe with wet clothes. I just wish the staff could be more understanding and the rules for the pool are very strict. We pay so much for HOAs but aren't able to truly enjoy the clubhouse with our friends.
