When we come my son leaves happy and takes a great nap on the way home. I like that it is never busy and there is a cap on the amount of kids that can play. My only gripe with this location is its $22 for an hour and a half of play when I could go to the glazer museum that is the same distance from my house. They are pretty similar except the glazer museum has much more to do for $20.

She had her kids running around and they were at the event space the first 45 mins to an hour of our 5 hour time slot and showed up the last 30-45 mins of our time as well. She was just lingering! Very strange! Finally we cleaned and made sure the space was put back how we found it, honestly better then how we found it because we had wiped all her table and chairs down prior to the event. She said we were good, and said we would get our deposit back in 3-5 business days. She SCAMMED US AND NEVER RETURNED IT. After I texted and called she blocked me on social media and my number as well. $200 gone. She is rude and honestly odd, we were booking for my sister's baby shower, and as we were setting up she was going on rambles about her personal miscarriage and negative baby related things. If I had the time I'd truly take her to court! This has been terrible. Not that I expect them to do anything but code enforcement and BBB have been contacted.

My daughter had her 5th birthday party at our home and it was a Disney Princess theme. We requested to have Cinderella come and I was so happy to hear that Gwen comes too so she can support the characters/princesses and to coordinate the party activities. I was so pleasantly surprised when she told me she'll dress up as the fairy godmother upon request. So, of course, we asked her to dress up too. We had 8 girls and we chose the hour package with the girls getting their glitter makeup and nails done plus Cinderella would sing a few songs with them, play games and take photos with all the girls. Gwen reassured me to sit back and enjoy the party. It was so nice to have her coordinate everything while they were there and it allowed me to take it all in. I loved the grand entrance they made to meet all the girls and the special attention they gave to my daughter. We recently had to move away from…read morethe area and in going another school truly became aware of just how good we had it at Primrose CC. Primrose CC was an extension of our family. We had our two daughters here, both from the time they were infants (now almost 3 and a little over 1). The owners, Director, and teachers were so invested in our girls. I loved that EVERYONE (really, no exceptions) knew my girls, gave high fives and hugs when they saw them in the hallway during drop off and pick up, and were truly invested in their growth, learning, comfort, and happiness. Any time we had a concern (which was rare) it was immediately addressed with thoughtfulness and respect. Mr. and Mrs. McCallister, Ms. Ground, and the teachers consistently communicate about events, how the girls were doing, etc. Everyone really gets into the events at the school too, down to dress up days and charitable activities. They loved the cars with the gas pump, the restaurant and dress up Station. They also have an area in the front where parents and/or kids can eat, it's perfect because you can still keep an eye on the kids. Oddly enough, I loved the rule board lol. They promote parents to not allow their kids to run and just scream, so it wasn't uncomfortably loud for a indoor play place. They also provide arts and crafts for kids who just want to sit and draw/color for a while. The best part about this place is the all day pass! I was talking to the owner, very nice by the way, and she said sometimes kids get cranky and need a break so she admission covers you to go in and out ALL DAY!
