Just needed to run in and find a backpack but ended up with a few more items. They have so much to choose from, from brands like ed hardy, von Dutch and baby bliss. Finding a babyliss shaver that's originally $150 marked down to $49 was a major find. Overall, the store is very clean, organized and the customer service is great. The line was typical for that of TJ MAXX but it flowed well. Great pit stop, I may have to stop by again before the day is over!

Cons: Aside from the register I think the store needs to be kept up with better. Often you will find things out of place or on the floor. It's not that large or cheap of a store that they should have this problem on the regular. Prices are rather higher for some departments and not really a bargin. Clothes need better organization and that department overall is small. On the plus side - if you find something damaged, even if already marked down bring it to the manager's attention - they will give you 10% off but usually the register calculates 20% instead - score! To sum it up shop the highlights: furniture, housewares, fancier food products, clearance, purses Skip: clothes (all), beauty, toys, shoes (pri$ey!) At first glance, I wondered why he sold what appears to be old promotional T-shirts for companies. I am so glad I asked, because that's when I learned the amazing secret: all these companies no longer exist. Neil can explain to you the story behind a company printed on a T-shirt and when and why it closed shop. For history buffs, this is a gold mine! Plus, you're buying one-of-a-kind T-shirts! A few days later, I placed a second order and unfortunately, it wasn't until after I placed it that I noticed things defaulted back to a former address. I reached out to customer service as soon as the order was placed, and was met with "Sorry we can't make changes to the order after they are placed," with no offers to help resolve the issue or attempts from Buckle to contact FedEx to intercept what had already been shipped. I tried to intercept with FedEx by redirecting the shipment, but was notified that I had to reach out to Buckle to change the address while Buckle claims they can't do anything. It wasn't until days later that Buckle told me due to limitations they imposed with shippers, customers cannot contact FedEx to redirect their own orders. Still, there was no attempt by Buckle to reach out to FedEx until I began to express a lot of frustration over the situation. Now that they have waited until it is likely too late to contact FedEx, they are still making me pay for an item that they knew from the start I won't be receiving unless they intercept by contacting FedEx. I loved Buckle, but this has left me feeling that the company does not care about its customers at all. This experience also left me feeling like they knowingly trapped me into paying for an item they knew from the start I wouldn't actually be receiving because now they waited until the last possible minute to reach out to FedEx to intercept the package. They should have reached out as soon as I put in a ticket mere minutes after placing the order. I won't be returning unless an effort is made to make things right. Mistakes happen, and if Buckle is disabling customers from reaching out to shippers to fix an issue, then Buckle has a responsibility to handle the issue when a client/customer reaches out. Waiting until the last minute to trap a customer into paying for an item they won't get is unethical.
