I just wanted to write about additional discount on the crystal vase because of the length of time in the consignment. The longer items are at the shop they get discounted before being returned to the customer if not sold Third: I purchased a crystal vase, but the owner put it in a plastic bag. Fourth: I handed the owner my card to pay, and when she gave it back to me, she laid it on the counter instead of putting my card in my hand. There is excellent eco-friendly sustainable value in consignment shopping but today not an outstanding customer service day at Pass It On Consignment Store.

The technician answering the telephone was very pleasant. He gave me a choice of times. The initial time was later that same day I called! Another time was given in the event that the technician was unable to make the timeframe I first chose. The technician then later called to ask if he could come early!!! YES! He came out, explained thoroughly what the code mean and what he felt the issue was and fixed it immediately. He also explained another issue the code could mean but thought that it was only the fan issue and not a coolant issue. So he fixed it quickly and ensured I knew to call him should the issue reappear. I was very pleased with the honesty and integrity of the men in this company. They chose to do their business in honesty, not overcharging for service not necessary. Because I am an older woman, many companies seem to try to take advantage and overcharge. NOT THIS COMPANY!!! CALL THEM! I now have a fully functioning refrigerator that has been going strong. The whole cost was less than $100. The technician even gave me information on what to ask for at Home Depot/Lowes to fix the issue of re-hooking up the water line after the water line was moved during a downstairs complete remodel.

Most undermining hostile work environment. I was fired due to felony charges that were dropped later due to my innocence and arrest of persons responsible. Put Christ back in Christian and judge not for thou are to be judged but I guess they forgot that. I also had to clean human urine and excrement which I found out later was not my job but a managers. I rarely put down a company but these guys are a retail store period for 2nd hand items not the Christians they scream they are. You don't get that anywhere else and I've been to probably 50 different Goodwills, yeah don't judge me. This particular store has a small selection but it's pretty clean in there I guess there aren't 75 little Rugrats running around screaming and messing with the toys or something. Parking is Apple in a huge parking lot if you drive too fast pass it you will miss it. This was for my last visit ever in Pennsylvania July 3 2024.
