I am a woman alone with children. I simply did not want my car damaged. I'm not sure what this guys problem was but I know I'd never want him in my house doing an installation. I was shaken. My husband on speakerphone could hear the man screaming at me. People were staring. This employee clearly has a massive anger issue. I called the business and the woman said "I'm sorry that happened, that's the world now." No, that's your employee and their behavior was completely unacceptable.
