First time in this new location. Once again we enjoyed it. Ordered the cebiche for the whole family, great flavor perfect level of spice. We also had anticuchos, they were perfect ! Tender and with great flavor. Ordered the papa rellena, chaufa and tacu tacu con lomo. They were good. And we closed with some picarones, they were amazing ! Will come back again and again and again

Food was absolutely delicious! We have visited Peru and were looking for a reminder of our trip. This was just as good, if not better! The Chaufa (pollo) was amazing, the Lomo saltado was bursting with flavor and the Picarones were the perfect combination of sweet and savory! The owners, Jamie and Jenny visited our table and are the sweetest couple! We will definately be back!

Delicious food! Chinese styled rice they call Chaufa with shrimp was delicious the portions are incredibly large too. Ribeye was very well seasoned and cooked to order.

Enjoy the fresh food and friendly owners EVERYTIME we visit. The food is cooked perfectly and the portions are large. We've enjoyed every item on this menu!

First time at this new location. Excellent wings, cooked perfectly and sauced nicely. Great choice for lunch. Salad made with fresh ingredients! Crisp lettuce and veggies. Found a short hair in the salad, though. Ugh. They remade the salad. It happens. Service is quick and friendly. Answered questions and was attentive with refills and checking on us. This location is a former White Swan BBQ place. Clean interior, bright, TV with Latin music videos, oh and housemade desserts. Will return, other dishes I want to try.

We just moved up from Tampa Bay two months ago and were worried we would have few if any options for Latin American food. Discovering Gabriella's in Benson of all place was a huge win. I fell in love with Peruvian food many years ago and Tampa has a wealth of great Peruvian restaurants. Well, Gabriella's could compete with any of them. The restaurant is located in a kind of out of the way corner of a retail area. But, it has plenty of parking and is well worth discovering. The atmosphere is simple and comfortable. The service very friendly and attentive. The owner herself waited on us and was very lovely. When she discovered we knew and love Peruvian food she was so enthusiastic it made us feel very welcome. The one item their menu misses, Peruvian rotisserie chicken, was no loss since there are tons of options for that in the area. What they do have is a list of traditional Peruvian dishes not found in the chicken franchises. We started with the ceviche, which was the authentic Peruvian preparation with fresh fish marinated in a perfectly balanced citrus sauce. The standard accompaniment of sweet potato and Peruvian corn was perfect. For our entrees we had Lomo Saltado, beef sautéed with peppers and onions served on rice and french fries, and Tallarin Saltado Con Carne, sautéed beef served with noodles. Everything was incredibly delicious. The prices are very reasonable, the food delicious, and the service warm and friendly. Highly recommend.

I visited this place a few weeks ago during a random trip to Raleigh and the food did not…read moredisappoint! I ordered passion fruit juice and it took me to my childhood, when my mom would make fresh, pure juice, no sugar added! The food portions were perfect for the price, I even had enough to take home for my dinner. The ceviche leche de trigre was also on point, very similar to what I have tried in my trips to Peru. Now, the location almost made me turn around. There was glass and trash on the streets and it didn't seem like a safe place. Luckily, management informed us that they are going to move due to this. Hopefully they will continue having great food, good ambiance, and a better location.

I hope you like to read because ai have a lot to say about Gustitos! So a friend of mine told me…read moreabout this new Peruvian restaurant in the area so I definitely had to try it ! I came with my family ( 4 of us ) this weekend. First of all the location and the parking lot area are not appealing at all, looks a bit sketchy from the outside. On the inside it is clean but it is a bit confusing, it seems that there is a Peruvian restaurant during the day and a separate business as a Dominican club at night so there are different signs on the outside and the vibe inside is a bit off. So we could probably say that the location is a hole in the wall. Anyhow, sometimes you hear that the best food is served in a hole in the wall, we'll that is true here!!! I have to say that they probably have the best Peruvian food in the area!!! The Mostrito Parrillero has everything you could expect ( anticucho, pancita, corazón de pollo, molleja, chicken, potatoes and a great sauce ). Texture and flavor is the best I've had in a long time. Then I ordered the Trio ( 3 dishes in one). The ceviche was well prepared, the fish chicharrón with the "acebichado" sauce was delicious, sadly the Chaufa was not so good in my opinion, I could find better. The fettuccini a la huancaina was also tasty and well prepared. The Lomo Saltado that came with it was very good, the onions and tomatoes where perfectly cooked, onions were cooked but still crunchy. Sauce was great, not too salty as you find in other places, just right. The meat was just ok in my opinion, meat would be a bit softer ( lomo should be a softer cut ). Then I got drinks, the passion fruit juice was delicious, the chicha was just ok, needed some lemon and it was not cold. Service was overall good. They kept refilling our complimentary "cancha" appetizer and giving us "leche de tigre " to taste. A couple of things I didn't like is that they don't offer drinks by pitcher only by the glass and at $5 each adds up pretty fast so they should offer that as an option. Also something that I didn't like is that they automatically charge you a 15% gratuity no matter how big is your party. I don't agree with that because tips should be dictated by the service and not an automatic add on. Where is their incentive to improve the service ?! My in-laws went the same day and they also complained about that. When it comes to pricing I believe it was a bit expensive. Even though the food is very good you are being charged same as in restaurants that are located in a nice area and have amazing service. I don't think the prices match the overall experience. Too bad we didn't have any room for desserts, I definitely want to try their picarones which according to them are made from scratch so yes I will definitely be back. I may probably just order food to go next time though as I didn't enjoy the location and I don't agree with their tipping policy. Finally, I was told by a friend that their "alfajores " were not good, kinda like the hard ones that you find at Alpaca and not the soft and crumbly ones you can get in Peru. Maybe they need to find a different supplier for those. Anyhow I am definitely coming back and look forward to try all the other dishes they have !!!
