We hired G Ruh Concrete to install a patio at our home a little over a year ago. Not long after the job was completed, we noticed several quality issues -- ones they acknowledged and promised to fix. Unfortunately, despite repeated assurances, the follow-through never came. Over the past year, we've made every reasonable attempt to resolve the situation: calls, texts, emails -- all ignored. Most recently, we've discovered we've been blocked on social media, which feels like a final attempt to shut down any communication or accountability. We've given them ample time and opportunity to make it right, but at this point, we want others to be aware.
