He gave me his recommendation and suggested that it would be better to purchase a new laptop instead of letting him try to repair the one I brought in. He explained that he would probably not be able to fix it and it would be more cost effective for me to just trash it. He also did not try to push me to purchase one of the laptops he had for sale in the shop or try to swindle me out of money for something he knew he couldn't fix. I would recommend this shop and especially Paul for anything and to anyone. I know I will definitely be back in the future should the need arise.

While he had it, he went into my social media and "Liked" his company in Birmingham and Tuscaloosa. I only knew because he forgot to close one of the screens! After leaving, my phone started shutting itself down about every 10 minutes. It also would zoom in/out on its own and I'd have to do a hard restarts constantly. After 2 days of this I decided to buy a new phone rather than return it to the place that broke my phone (which had been working fine before), lied and invaded my privacy. Who knows what else he did with my unlocked phone for 30 minutes?! I don't, which is one of two reasons why I'll never go back. Oh and they give you a free $10 protector screen but only if you leave them a review. So they get your review and theirs! Such a scam.

I was unsure if I would even be able to find a place in Birmingham that could service a nearly 50 year-old amp, but ERC told me that they could fix me up. They installed and biased my new tubes and replaced a few inner parts, and it sounded like a brand new amp. However, the next day, I noticed that the audio was weak again. I contacted the shop and was assured that they would fix it for me. They were very apologetic and fixed it without any extra charges. The amp has sounded great ever since. I called LG 5-6 times to figure out the issue until they finally scheduled a repair with Robinson's TV. Within maybe 2 hours of getting the repair scheduled I get a call from Robinson's TV and have the part being ordered and shipped within 3-5 days. The part arrives and he drives from Pell City to Tuscaloosa the day the part arrives and within 30 min the tv is working perfectly. As annoying as this process was talking with LG and finally setting up a repair, Robinson's TV made everything so much easier. As he was replacing the parts he explained everything to me and now I feel confident enough to replace a wifi receiver or a motherboard for a TV. I really recommend using Robinson's TV Service if you every have issues, best decision I ever made.
