They offered me a time that worked for MY schedule (within their working hours) and quoted $100 less than Apple. In addition, they offer pickup and drop-off! Not sure what happened during that fall, but the phone would not stay connected to network, even though my second phone as well as The Doctor/Queen's were fine. I ended up needing another phone, which was needed as I wanted something smaller for going into my smaller Louis Vuittons.
