She seemed knowledgeable about my surgery and what would be required to prepare for it and to recover from it. So I am looking forward to the aqua therapy and the post surgery therapy and hope that I can move on with my life and get back to being able to walk again with their help

When I first got there, I was having trouble walking up stairs without pain. By the time I left, my legs were much stronger and the pain in my knee had subsided considerably. They also sent me out into the world with the knowledge of how to continue getting better and a repertoire of exercises to go along with that. I never once dreaded going there, and even came to look forward to it even though it was hard work. This was due to the staff and the positive environment that they have created over there. Good people who do great work. Print it.

I…read morehad therapy years ago with great success for a knee injury, however was instructed by my ortho to visit a PT nearest me. This was a big mistake and an awakening. I went to Excel for 2 visits and I was very disappointed. The initial visit was an assessment, which is fair enough. The second visit was incredibly disappointing. I did a few leg lifts and a couple of stretches and then handed over my hard earned money with a list of more appointments. After sitting with that for a day, I cancelled all of those appointments and hired a personal trainer for about half the cost of what I was paying to be instructed to do a few leg lifts and a few stretches. Luckily my injury is a minor sports injury so this option just made sense. If i truly need PT in the future, i will be looking for serious reccommendations before parting with my $$$.

Despite being a busy Friday night, every provider from start to finish was polite and genuinely concerned about her health as she had previously been misdiagnosed elsewhere. She was treated by RNP Russ Dufresne, who is an asset to both this center and the medical profession as a whole. I'm a first responder and I've never witnessed such thorough treatment in action. If we didn't reside over two hours away, I'd want him as our PCP. Thanks to him, my daughter is finally recovering.

In the end, they just write you a subscription for generic Tylenol that costs more than the over-the-counter brand name and tell you to see your PCP. And of course, they won't accept any out-of-state insurance or any insurance not on a short list of insurance networks. Which is probably why I later got a bill for X-rays neither taken or agreed to. They were probably trying to commit insurance fraud but since I don't have insurance and I know for a fact that I didn't have X-rays taken or agreed to be taken, they're out of luck. But don't even try to contact someone in billing for information about the phony bill. They won't answer the phone or emails sent to the email address listed on the bill.

Her attitude was total garbage and I will not make the mistake of going into that store again. I probably do need Arch supports. I might even go to a Good Feet store again now that I know what the product actually is. But I won't be going to this location because I don't want to run into that woman again. That you'll wake up someday and like "magic", it'll be as if it never happened in the first place - but that's usually not the case, and often the pain ends up worse than it was when it first started. We also know it's very easy to reach into the back of the cupboard for the painkillers, and take them whenever pain strikes so it eases off fast - but all those painkillers are no good for your health long-term, and do nothing but mask the pain instead.

I've never seen someone so rude in a medical setting it's unbelievable and the way she was swearing ridiculous. My friend said she'll never go back to a papas knowing she works with the company. My husband had surgery yesterday. Check in at 10am. We pull up and what a beautiful facility!…read more Modern & clean. In the waiting are for 10 minutes (not bad!) In pre-op for 2.5 hours! Our nurse was nice but a we both agree she was a warm body. She thought after being with us for a little while that he was having a different surgery? Red Flags! She cleaned the wrong area for the surgery. He wasn't shaved until the eleventh hour. As we sat and joked around waiting... we overheard a lot of nurses conversation. I heard multiple swears. My husband made a comment about professionalism. He doesn't much comment about those things. His 'hospital' bracelet had a little piece attached to it that would sent me updates, which helped alerting me when he was out of surgery and could receive visitors. I loved this aspect. Recovery was great. Nurses were informative and helpful. Overall not a terrible experience by any means.
